I recently came in to rent a car for a few days while my car was in the shop. I loved the car…read morerented out to me. It was a white nissan sentra SR and was pretty brand new. My main reason for leaving this review is to highlight my return process. I was in such a hurry and did not fully check the car for all of my belongings before leaving. It was not until I got home that I noticed some things missing from my purse. I remembered my purse falling over in the rental car and I must not have grabbed everything. My heart was in my stomach because I was missing $100. I called the Clinton location where I left the vehicle and informed a gentleman of the situation. He told me the car was still there, no one had cleaned it yet and If I would like to come back to check for the missing items, I could. I told him I am on my way back now. I called back shortly after because I thought, I would hate to drive all the way back there and it is not there. I spoke with the same gentleman, Immanuel Wilson, who informed me he found the missing items and had them with him at the desk. When I arrived, I met with Immanuel and he returned the items to me, including the money found. What a very helpful and HONEST employee he is. You all should be very proud!! Unfortunately, he incurred a few scratches over time and went to have them redone. They contracted the job out to a rim painter, who painted rims in his mobile truck and they were horrible (drip marks and the color was off). When we told the manager what happened, he made arrangements to repaint the rims and once again, amazing job! They are the best with customer service and getting the job done!

The spoiler had a hole in it. The trunk was bent and the tail light was cracked. The rear driver side door wouldn't even open. The inside was awful with crumbs and stains all over the seats and grime in all the compartments. I had them repair all the damage and do a full detail, carpet shampoo and wax. They did an excellent job replacing my back seat, bumper, spoiler and front quarter panel. The paint job and blending was superb! The interior was immaculate. When I went to pick up my car, I cried and gave the guy a hug. It looks like a brand new car! In addition to great work, they also have excellent customer service!!! I will ALWAYS bring my car here and recommend them to my friends, family and anybody I meet! If you want to transform your car and get the best service, bring it to City Side Auto Body!

They provide limos and party buses but also subcontract with coach bus rentals for larger groups. They are consistently on time (even early!) and offer great deals for return customers.
