They asked for the credit card, and I thought it was for the vehicle safety deposit. On the following Monday, I realized they had charged my debit card $56.10 and my credit card $59.13. I called their customer service (800 number) and spoke to a very unhelpful person. In the process of filing a complaint tonight with the Better Business Bureau and possibly one additional resource.

They were out of vans as well, but Carly reserved one for us for the next day. Carly was there and had a van waiting for us. While we didn't, no one was required, it was never made clear that we had to have one in person. We don't keep credit cards, so a family member had agreed to let us use theirs, but they do not live locally. Well, I understand policies, the front desk person called someone and whoever she called was unwilling to work with us. The front desk woman was also extremely rude and condescending. Extremely disappointed in our experience and will definitely not be going back
