The lights won't cut off so the battery runs dead. The push start doesn't work. They gave me dead keys. It's like they fix the car to work for the little 5 days they give you to bring it back and then the mess falls apart. This is my second car with them. I returned the first one because of transmission problems. Like I expected some minor issues but not problems like this. I remember there was a time when you went to drive time and could leave with a descent car. My mom talked so highly about them but my experience is terrible. Now im stuck with this terrible car and I've only had it for two weeks. They really played me. Makes me feel like they don't care about their reputation only making a sale. I am highly disappointed

When l brought the issue to them they said someone else had lied to them. Fast forward a couple months, l paid my car off $10,000 and l have since been waiting on the title for the last 2 months. I had to argue with co-owner about how to get it. It is ridiculous. When l asked about the title they said, it's the states fault l don't have the title, even though they were the lien holders. We called Chad and he told his partner, it's their responsibility to get title to me, he still contended it's not their fault and l still don't have it.
