While MY car was in the shop, I had to exchange my rental FOUR times Not in chronological order. 1* Rear seat belt sensor was bad an alarm kept going off EXCHANGED 2*Pulling out of my driveway and I went to go forward-transmission/engine felt like it dropped, resisted going forward. No alarm went off, no brake/braking assist was on. Stopped, turned off the car and restarted....same issue. EXCHANGED 3* carpet lifted, dirty a plus included it smelt like vomit and marijuana. Not good when I was going on Military Bases (note Federal doesn't recognize CA state law) 4*EXCHANGED 4*ABS sensor alarm kept going off with dash message may not brake ..EXCHANGED 5 an final car was fine. 683505 E Palm Canyon & next to PS Airport & in PS Airport. They pick you up from the airport, so there is NO LINE to stand in. Your paperwork is awaiting you as is your car, and the guys transferred all of our luggage just apparently automatically. Either he can't read, or he just doesn't care. His solution? I could drive 45-90 minutes (depending on traffic) the next day to swap cars, or maybe they'd bring me one. Zero accountability, zero customer service. He even told me to "call his manager" rather than bothering to fix his own mess. Why is it my job to chase down his boss after I've already been ripped off? And as the cherry on top, I had to pay $12 just to get out of the parking lot. They offered to reimburse me, but at that point, I was so disgusted I refused. This place is a total scam operation--unprofessional, disorganized, and run by people who shouldn't be in business. Save yourself the headache and go literally ANYWHERE else. You've been warned.

They claimed a digital license could be altered - as if people haven't been forging physical drivers licenses for decades. He refused to verify that it was my correct license number some other way - even though I've rented many times from Hertz in the past. What a loser. I've recommended to Chevy to stop using them when their customers need rentals while their cars are being serviced.

Put yourself on the line? Give me a break. Jasmine needs to get retrained because she has no customer service skills and had no solutions for us and was rude. Needless to say, we left without a car. Excitedly we booked a convertible car for this trip six months prior to our travels..... today we were so excited to start our trip, Ubered over to the rental location to pick up our convertible. On arrival no convertible! The owner said it's summer they're hard to get?? You had six months to have a car in place. Obviously this guy takes convertible orders but has no intentions of ever having any on the property (what a scam) informed us we could take a car here and simply drive over to the airport location and swap cars. So if we drove to the airport to switch cars. On arrival the airport Avis are obviously aware of his scam and had no intentions of swapping a jeep for a must and convertible ..... long story short do not deal with this scam of an Avis location, no morals whatsoever, on reaching yelp sadly we are not the first, or I'm sure the last!

The counter is literally next to the baggage claim. There was a long line and when we approached the counter they informed us there would be a wait for the car (even though we had a reservation). But then it was only about five minutes later that they gave us the key and we exited to the right, just a short walk to all the rental cars. When returning to the airport, watch for the car rental return sign carefully; we almost missed it.

I called three more times over the next few hours. Still no answer. Your reservation notes state you will stay open up to two hours after closing if a flight is late. I relied on that. When I arrived at 11:45 p.m., there was no one there. Not a single employee. The Avis desk confirmed this is routine and that your location is usually the first to leave. This has a reputation with airport staff as well. An Alaska employee confirms that his team is awful. That says everything. I was left stranded with no support. I had to order an Uber Black to handle my luggage and paid $60 to go a few blocks. That cost and inconvenience sit entirely on you. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Fix your operations or expect people to rent elsewhere.
