First, we show up to pick up a reservation at 8 am and no one showed up to open the store. We waited for 45 minutes and had to cancel. Tried to rebook a week later and they call us 2 hours before our pick up time to say that they only had a luxury sedan and would charge me $60 per day on top of what I already paid. I reserved a small car from Hertz Rental on August 23rd 2mo. In advance before I travel to Panama city Panama. My reservation was through Expedia. I reserve a small to medium size car for the amount of $92.73 total for 8 days. It was from October 13th till the 21st. When I arrive on the 13th then the guy said they don't have any small cars that I wanted at the last minute but not to worry he'll give me something nicer, I ask him so what about my set price I have it reserve for is it gonna change he said not to worry it'll stay the same price but they'll put a Authorization hold up front for $250 on my card but I'll get that back once I return the vehicle and paying the same $92.73. When they brought the vehicle to me is this huge 8 seater Mitsubishi. Then I am a person who doesn't like bigger cars but since there's no smaller vehicle even though I notice there was a person before me they gave him the smaller car. I felt misleading and lied to they gave me paper signatures but hidden charges that was never discussed nor agreed on. While I was driving this vehicle did not drive smoothly nor the windshield wiper was not working properly, it was a pouring storm raining day in Panama city and I prayed that I made it safely because it was very difficult to see the road especially with a non working windshield wiper. I was happy for it to end because I wasn't feeling right in this huge vehicle and hertz didn't owned up to their words after I return the vehicle and came back to the USA I notice a huge charge for $378.29 so I was fooled and felt lied to by this company. I'm disappointed with Hertz and this company all they care about is the money not the person. From this point on I'd disputed the charge with them and I even gotten a letter of apology that they did not been honest by the person I dealt with so they'll refund me the total amount for $378.29 that it'll be in my account within 7-10 days to then find out they were lying to me and playing games all along. Absolutely terrible rental location with rude employees. I arranged for a rental vehicle Friday the 13th through Progressive for a rental vehicle for an insurance claim. I was to pick it up 4 days later (the 17th of January, 2023) at 10 AM. They call me at 9:33 to ask me if I can come in at 11:30 to pick it up since they don't actually have a vehicle ready for me. I call back as requested to make sure there's a vehicle for me at 11:40...and the empoyee tells me to check back at 2:00 PM because they still don't have vehicles...but I'm welcome to check with other Enterprise locations to see if I can find one. Wow. Just wow. Zero accountability. Make your inability to run your business the customer's problem? Totally unsat. I then ask to speak to the manager...but of course they are unavailable...because they're "just too busy". Same rude employee tells me some customers have been waiting "3-4 weeks" for a vehicle...whatever that means. I'm calling back Progressive...I'm going to have them get me a Hertz vehicle even if I have to drive to Hartsfield to pick it up. I'll also be turning in the other Enterprise vehicle that I rented which smells like weed - because Enterprise does not deserve a penny from anyone. read more

The location is nice and not busy at all. However, I think the person helping me was new as he was slow processing everything. This wouldn't have been an issue but there were several other employees there that just sat there and didn't help walk him through it. He had to ask them several times to help him and seemed a little embarrassed. My rental car was nice and I didn't have any issues with it. read more

I reserved a specific 7 passenger vehicle, when I get there they haven't got what I asked for (and what they said they could deliver on) but they have something comparable, okay fine. There is a lady there being rude that decides she wants the vehicle I'm standing in line to pick up, and they give it to her!!! Instead of making good on my reservation they give into her being demanding and rude! Then unapologetically they offer me a 4 seat small SUV. I ask what else can they can get me, the only response is the attitude of "oh well this is it". So, I don't have any other option at this point, my vehicle is in the shop and I've gotten a ride to this Hertz that is 45 minutes away... very disappointing read more

I never write reviews and I usually try to give some establishments the benefit of the doubt despite their ratings. BELIEVE THE RATING!! Poor management, poor communication and an extreme lack of professionalism. I'm a President Circle member and every time I attempt to Rent From this location its extremely problematic. Example, they didn't have the car I reserved, then proceeded to put me in a car that had significant damage. When I brought this to their attention, they were unaware and left me without a rental. This is just one of many issues. I guess I will learn to believe the ratings. read more

This location is by far one of the worst examples of a business that I have ever seen. My car was dirty, empty, lacked a working AC. When we had a problem, they and several localanagers we're no help at all. We were told to drive to the airport to get another car (2 hour detour). This place is the worst!!! Reserved a premium car days before and when I showed to pick it up there was none to be had. They offered me a choice of a Mustang, a Dodge Caravan or a huge SUV. Had a difficult time here. The customer service was subpar especially coming from the management team. To be treated like you are just some random off the street is disheartening.... To be a Gold member and told your vehicle is no longer available and that you are being moved to a smaller car... Really? Then to call and complain and the phone representative takes your information and tell you that you will be getting a call from someone from the corporate office and 2 days later still have not heard anything is a shame. Believe the RATING! This location is unprofessional, unorganized and seemingly incompetent. Our reservation was to pick the vehicle up at 10 am, we didn't receive a car until 3:30 pm. No apologies, no compensation for our time and each representative had an attitude perceivable as "oh well." One of the associates by the name of Tim even said in front of all of the customers that because we don't know how the business works, there was no reason for anyone to be upset, thinking we could do their jobs. Instead of taking accountability for the many mistakes that had been made that day, we continued to hear over and over that there was nothing more they could do. Even when asking for a refund, we were told because we prepaid we'd have to contact customer care! By the time we got the car, we gave it right back, saved our money and requested the number for the General Manager who has yet to call us back! Ridiculous!
