Car received, looks great, runs even better. From what I have discovered, this car was bought and owned by the same family. Car was in storage, climate-controlled, and on jacks for about 20 plus years. The "brand new" unused tires were manufactured in 1996, and forgotten documents on the rear seat carpet detail the status and service done in the 1990s. Information I received from people with knowledge about the car stated that the 40,000 miles on the odometer are in fact the original miles and not rolled. One hell of a "barn" find.

It was towed up to the shop directly and they knew the whole situation- it was dropped off around 11:10am, they told us they could diagnose it within 30 min.. at 1:30 they still hadn't even looked at it. after hours of waiting, they pulled it into the bay and said it's an easy fix and could be done before they close. my husband waited until AFTER closing in the waiting room, where they kept him waiting and told him every 30 min they were just bleeding the lines and would get him out ASAP. at 6 o'clock i picked him up and they hadn't done anything. they said they would come back in the morning even though they were closed guess what, we drove all the way back there, and now some other issue happened. we found someone at our campsite who worked on cars, he met us at the shop, reconnected a hose that was removed BY HAND, and you'll never guess.. but the car was working in perfect condition. they were trying to scam us out of more money. avoid at all costs.
