He had to try to call the manager.....and it took about 10 minutes for him to answer the phone and another 5 to get things straightened out. Also, I personally called them around noon because I was frustrated because of waiting so long. First time, the guy just hung up on me. Second time, the new guy said it would be another 10 minutes or so. Big help. I will never us Enterprise again. Hertz all the way baby!

He went above and beyond to talk me through options while there was a line of people behind me. Hertz rental is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned my car and paid for…read moreit in full on the 18th of December, all hertz needed to do was notify my bank to have them release my funds to me, they didn't bother to do that so now my account has been over drawn for days. All I need from hertz is a letter stating that my car was returned with no issue. They also won't do that! I was told it is impossible to get that letter written. I have begged and pleaded with them in person 4 times , over the phone almost everyday and called there customer service where I was pretty much told to get fucked. So now I have numerous over draft fees and I can't put any money in my account to pay my bills ... @Hertz #ihateyou

My family has known Lee for almost thirty years. He is by far the most trusted mechanic I've ever…read moremet in my thirteen years of driving. I've lived in multiple areas over the last few years: Wyomissing, PA; Boston, MA; West Hartford, CT; Ardmore, PA. I make it a point to always get work on my car done by Lee or someone at his shop. I cannot tell you the amount of times I went to a mechanic near where I lived and felt the price was a bit high, and then went to Lee who works with you to see what you need. Even if I don't need an oil change, I'll get it done early when visiting the parents for a long weekend or holiday because they are that good and that's how much I trust him. For example, this one time I went to a mechanic in Wyomissing and he said I need four new tires. He almost didn't let me leave unless I got new ones. I went to Lee and he said only two were needed and the other two could wait until the fall (before winter). There's no guarantee I'd come back to Lee again in the fall to get those other two tires done. This was just one of many, many examples. He isn't about money. He's about trust. I cannot stress enough how honest he is, especially for a mechanic that sometimes get bad reputations. My suggestion: Go to Lee and get your car done. If he says you need something, he really means it. There's no buyers remorse from him or wondering afterwards if he was just trying to sell me.

Was a tenant of Mike Ziegler. He is a lying thief. We lived there for about 5 years. Bearly lived…read morein the apartment because most of time in upstate Pa taking care of my 97 year old father and his home. On April 21 while packing basement fell on previous tenants property, hit my head and back on a work bench, not ours. Needed to be taken to ER for staples in the back of my head. Only spoke with his son and receptionist. Mr. Ziegler finally returned from Florida last month. Was told we would get our deposit back. We were never late except the last month. He started working with a management company, did not even know they existed. We dealt solely with Mr. Ziegler. He kept our security and added another 600 dollars. Saying we ruined an already stained rug about 15 years old, left garbage was previous tenants, and broken window. This management company came two months after we moved out. Of course the place was dusty. They window was actually the cover of a ceiling light and plastic from when after 4 years he fixed the leaking roof and the plastic fell out of the light fixture with the water coming down. I have left messages no response for over two months to get this news. These people he hired to over see his properties had never once been in the apartment until this time. They didn't even know who I was. Mark my advice don't do business with him.

Then we get a bill in the mail because we did not open it up when we dropped it off after hours. The fee was never disclosed and is hidden in item 9 on the back of the contract. I complained, and they will not budge. I will never go back. Terms of the rental are a little ridiculous as well. We had to overnight a check to pay or they surcharge you 15%, yes 15%, to use a credit card with all this nasty non-refundabale mumbo jumbo on the contract. I got over the contract and overnighting cash payment, but I can not get over the hidden charge. I will not go back.
