I traveled all the way from Akron, Ohio to Henkel today (about 4 hours) to purchase a 2018 Dodge Charger 392 Daytona. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. When I arrived, they had the vehicle inside in a special area with a red bow on it (I had joked about the red bow with Jamie, whom I first spoke with during my initial call to the dealership and she made sure to put a red bow on the car...very nice touch). The vehicle was SPOTLESS inside and out. I've purchased six vehicles in the last three years and this was one of the best detailing jobs i've seen. Just amazing. My salesperson was Clay Lawrence. This is the guy you want when you go to Henkel. Trust me on this. Go to the dealership and tell them you read Kevin L's Yelp review (the guy who bought the 2018 B5blue 392 Daytona Charger) and that you want CLAY LAWRENCE to be your salesperson. The salesperson makes ALL the difference when you're purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. Clay went out of his way to accommodate me, especially with regard to price on the new vehicle and my trade. He really worked hard to meet my numbers. I was at the dealership for six hours (no one's fault, these things take time) and always it was a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure from Clay whatsoever. He was very easy to deal with, answered all of my questions and was very professional. We haggled a bit on my trade but that's perfectly normal at any dealership. They gave me very close to what I asked for, and they sold me the new vehicle for the exact price it was advertised for. Ultimately I got a great deal and was very comfortable with the purchase. I couldn't be happier. Now...would I drive fours hours again to purchase another vehicle from Henkel? WITHOUT HESITATION. And i'll make sure to ask for CLAY. Instead of simply telling me there was nothing they could do, every employee I spoke with took the time to listen, understand my situation, and genuinely showed they cared. They called around, placed me on a waitlist, kept me informed, and ultimately found a way to get me into a rental car. The dedication, teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience.

Do people not need rental cars on Sunday? There should be SOMEONE there 7 days a week. I worked insurance claims for 20 years and never saw anything like this for poor customer service.

Oh yeah, on the flipside when you lease a vehicle you pay all interest the first two years and then the second two years that's when you'll pay off the vehicle, but in total you would have already paid off that vehicle 2 times over!!! And then, if you wanna get a lump sum from your bank to pay it off, the price don't go down unless you've already paid for the vehicle your whole lease, oh yeah, plus none of the vehicles they sell Kelley Blue Book for what they sell them for!! Literally bought a vehicle for 13 grand and still owe 10 grand even with the lump sum after two years. With a four year lease!!! They they are making the broke become, the HOMELESS,, not to mention they don't care to help when the vehicles break down and end up in the shop for months!!!

By 4:30 PM I was still waiting--wasting valuable time when I should have been loading and heading to a delivery. On top of that, the employee present spent the entire time complaining about the owner, even saying the last two paychecks "he didn't pay me on time." Very unprofessional and not reassuring. Because of this location's lack of service and poor management, my business has now suffered delays and unnecessary stress. Not recommended.

Rented a rototiller from them to till our garden. The gentleman that helped us was very courteous…read moreand informative. He showed my husband all the things he needed to know about running this model of tiller. They provided a trailer for the tiller without it being an "extra charge". They have 1/2 day and full day rentals, and they have different sizes of tillers as well as a wide variety of equipment, including lawn rollers and U-Hauls. Very happy with the service we received.
