I even called yesterday to confirm that the car would be ready. My scheduled pick-up time was 8:00 a.m. this morning. When I arrived at 8:40 a.m., I was told that my reserved car -- the one I had a confirmation number for -- had already been given away. As a result, I had to drive to Mobile, Alabama, just to secure a replacement. This added an extra hour and a half to what was already going to be a ten-plus-hour trip. Considering the reputation of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I expected better. At the very least, a confirmed reservation should be honored. This experience was both frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Very sorry to say...I will not be doing business with these people.

Enterprise in Daphne was the closest, but they closed in about 30 minutes. I quickly made a reservation, called an Uber, and got to Enterprise just before they closed! Ryan, who still had his hands full with people in front of me, was incredibly patient and professional. Ryan empathized with my situation and was a real lifesaver in getting me into a rental and on my way. I can't say enough about Ryan, from his great attitude to his gracious professionalism. It's an inconvenience for the customer not having one when you are traveling back from work afterhours, and the closest one with a drop box is at the airport in Mobile, AL which is 45+ minutes away. I'm hopeful Enterprise will soon be able to accommodate those on this side of the bay that need to return a car afterhours by bringing the drop box back!

We took the truck to the repair shop in April 2024 a few short weeks after the purchase with transmission issues and a leak on the rear wheel seals. When taken to the shop they contacted the dealership as well as the warranty company for the ok to repair. Undenounced to us the warranty company comes down not once but twice to look the truck over and denies the repairs due to the vehicle being altered (it was bought with a lift and tires from the dealership). Between the warranty company and the dealership they decided to VOID the warranty and leave my truck unfixed with a bill owed for the diagnostics they performed for the warranty. We called the warranty company and the dealership to see what could be done and all they can do is blame each other as to whos fault it is. The dealership was contacted and asked if we could simply bring the truck back and get a refund the owner proceeded to cuss my husband and tell him he was not going to help fix the truck nor was he going to refund the money for the truck and hung up on him. Now we are stuck with a bill from the shop and a truck that is not fixed but we are still liable for the note each month. Do not buy from this company they are very dishonest people.
