Without the help given to us by this office, we might be homeless in Greeley, Colorado, dragging our boxes through alleys with our meows on my back. I was a little concerned after seeing the lower ratings for this location, but I was put immediately at ease by the warm but professional welcome extended by every member of the staff. Honestly, I was already set on a 5 star review before the crisis came up--- i was going to be short on the deposit. I did what I could but my card would not allow another payment and they couldn't take cash. A little jiggly shake and the values settled somewhere from which an exception could be made. We were grateful and took great pains to make certain that we returned our one way rental on time and respectful of the contract. Does the world get a little better when people feel the desire to stretch to live up to kindness? Probably. It wasn't just us, everyone in the office was treated well. What could have been a disaster after already having our car died on the road alongside a brushfire and using up all our favors from the universe to get the best cat friendly tow truck driver was I stead another humbling experience reinforcing just how significant the impact of human kindness can be. Within 20 min of having the car I called to request a different vehicle and the response was "we don't have anything else". When I called other locations I got the same response but was told I could take it to Firestone and get an alignment. 1st it's not my job to service your rental. 2nd renters should be provided with clean cars in proper working order. 3rd State Farm will be notified that enterprise is putting their clients in unsafe vehicles and do nothing to rectify it when a concern is brought to their attention.

They are great! The people are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They go beyond the call of duty to help their customers get the right truck, to give helpful hints and to be sure that all will go as well as possible. Rick, the owner, is especially nice. DON'T make your reservation throught the 800 number! I did, and they didn't get me the kind of car dolly I needed. (Turns out that for my van, I need a trailer, not a dolly.) Their trucks are well-maintained. I've never had trouble with a Budget truck. When my close friends moved from Greeley to Tucson, I recommended Budget. But U-Haul had more "name recognition" so they went with U-Haul, and the truck broke down en route! It also wasn't very comfortable. Budget trucks are well sprung and handle well on the road. Am I apprehensive about driving to Minnesota alone, towing a trailer? Yup! But I have confidence that the truck will get me there comfortably and safely (If I don't do anything stupid myself!) Dec 6 - Arrived safely in Minnesota and was suprised at how well the trip went. The whole rig was about 40 feet, bumper to bumper, and I really was scared. But a trucker friend said, "Drive between the lines and keep the dirty side down." I followed his advice and all was well. One cautionary note about Budget trucks in general. They seem to have two kinds: International and GM. The International trucks are more comfortable, have more amenities and are easier to handle. The behemouth I drove got about 7 mpg on diesel fuel. It was a costly trip.

About 27 times resulting in us waiting for over an hour. 2. Your safety - despite waiting an hour, the inside of the car had crusty crap all in the driver controls and seats, and the main rear view mirror was dangling by a thread from the windshield, unable to be adjusted. 3. Your sanity - after waiting an hour, the lovely staff at enterprise asked me if I'd still take the car if they could tape the mirror in place.
