A thousand times, yes. We were stranded. We were terrified. We were desperate to get to chicago to help my parents. Without the help given to us by this office, we might be homeless in Greeley, Colorado, dragging our boxes through alleys with our meows on my back. I was a little concerned after seeing the lower ratings for this location, but I was put immediately at ease by the warm but professional welcome extended by every member of the staff. Honestly, I was already set on a 5 star review before the crisis came up--- i was going to be short on the deposit. I did what I could but my card would not allow another payment and they couldn't take cash. A little jiggly shake and the values settled somewhere from which an exception could be made. We were grateful and took great pains to make certain that we returned our one way rental on time and respectful of the contract. Does the world get a little better when people feel the desire to stretch to live up to kindness? Probably. It wasn't just us, everyone in the office was treated well. What could have been a disaster after already having our car died on the road alongside a brushfire and using up all our favors from the universe to get the best cat friendly tow truck driver was I stead another humbling experience reinforcing just how significant the impact of human kindness can be. Car was filthy, passenger seat loose and would move while breaking or accelerating. While driving on highway over 40 mph car shook like tires were going to fall off. Within 20 min of having the car I called to request a different vehicle and the response was "we don't have anything else". When I called other locations I got the same response but was told I could take it to Firestone and get an alignment. 1st it's not my job to service your rental. 2nd renters should be provided with clean cars in proper working order. 3rd State Farm will be notified that enterprise is putting their clients in unsafe vehicles and do nothing to rectify it when a concern is brought to their attention. read more

Talked to representative and we're told we were getting a midsize. Showed next day for reservation and they had no midsize available. Told the manager it was a bait and switch and we wouldn't be using enterprise in the future. She then proceeded to say she was ending the transaction and would not rent to us because we were "rude". None of our issues we directed at her personally, but she apparently took it that way. Long story short unless you are good with taking whatever they deem to give you at the time (terrible planning and coordination) and dealing with employees who desperately need more customer service training don't rent at this location. read more

I reserved a vehicle two weeks ago through Enterprise as our vehicle was going in for repairs. I was told by "Colton" we were all set and to call when we were at the body shop and someone would pick us up. we called today and informed them we were on our way to the body shop and we were told someone would be there shortly and take us back to enterprise. when that person arrived we were told sorry but they were supposed to have vehicles turned in but none did and therefore they didn't have a vehicle for us and not sure when one would be availabl. luckily I called Hertz and was able to rent one immediately. No one from enterprise called to apologize. STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE UNLESS YOU RISK THE CHANCE OF BEING STRANDED. read more

ZERO stars... I rented a car with Enterprise with low tire pressure and wasn't able to drive it the entire time my car was in the shop due to personal extenuating situation. I had no other form of transportation and was forced to use other means of travel such as taxi and Uber at my own expense while My car was in the shop for repairs. My insurance company wouldn't even help in this area. That company is Allstate and I will never use them again. Enterprise reps are supposed to check out the entire car For inspection for existing scratches and dents before the customer drives it but apparently they don't check for low tire pressure. They would not help me at all. Thumbs down. I will never use Enterprise again. I spent four hours of my time trying to figure this out and I'm so done.. I sent the email per your request. This is absolutely the worst rental car company in Greeley. Do not ever go here unless you want to be lied to directly, treated horribly, and then get a bill a month later for damages that were not your fault (again, all lies). My elderly mother on a fixed income is being charged for damages to a rental car that did not happen while it was in her possession. The sales person even told us when we were complaining about the false hail damage report that "this car already has damages that I need to repair from before." Now my mom is being charged for these damages. What we have learned from this experience: 1) Never go to Enterprise in Greeley; 2) Take our OWN pictures of the car when we rent it to prove that the damages were not there when we rented it; 3) People really do take advantage of our elderly citizens, which is so sad. Thank God our insurance will be looking into this, but stay away from this company. read more

As being an out of state Renter and a loyal customer I've never had issues EVER. Walked in James Harper assisted me wouldn't accept money off debit card. Ok so I left went to transfer money to credit card at Walmart money gram 3mins away. Immediately Before I left I told James please don't get rid of my car please I will be right back he said ok I won't Came back less than 45mins to make sure of complete deposit James was on lunch break. The RUDE Hannah Sherry took my DL asked me give all my personal info with customers behind me in line when clearly she sees that. Then she sarcastically says oh your DISQUALIFIED!! I didn't know I was at the car SALES Enterprise how am I disqualified!!!? She says because I left so I bumped you down the list and i don't have a car for you at the time with a smirk and I can't do anything for you!!!! I they are getting calls later and if she can give a courtesy call to the next person dropping off she gets red in face and tells me she can't help me!!! James should have communicated with his coworkers and as two branch managers working together is Awful this shouldn't have happened. I was in the middle of no where had to pay over200 because there is no Uber I traveled 2hrs just to drive away in nothing!! I felt discriminated and really think that she prejudice and needs more to be demoted from a branch manager customer horrible. I even told her if it's no cars now I can get me a room and just call me when one gets available. She still insist that oh I can't do anything for you!!!!! I had such a great experience with Enterprise here! When my car was being fixed at the shop, calling Enterprise was easy. I was picked up by a representative and taken to Enterprise. Shout out to Matt who made the drive very pleasant. I was already experiencing an unpleasant week so finishing this on a Friday was testing my patience. Matt's friendliness and welcoming demeanor kept me less worried about the entire situation. When I entered Enterprise, I only waited for 5 minutes. Alex then helped me at the front desk. Since I was already in a good mood, speaking with Alex made the process easier. Alex was personable in connecting with me. So honestly, I give them 5 Stars because they made me feel good, did not waste my time, and were so easy and nice to talk to. Please keep up the great work guys! read more

Horrible reserved a car 20 days in advance the day of the trip they called a said they would not have a rental for me

I am in town for a week and reserved a car online. I received a confirmation number and am an enterprise plus member. When I called to arrange transportation to pick up my car, I was put on hold and then disconnected after waiting 16 minutes. Since they close at 3:00pm on Saturday, my only choice was to walk there, which is not good for my health in this heat and altitude. I made it there and waited in line a half hour as the employee rudely assisted the disabled couple in front of me. They did not have money to pay for their rental and were trying to call someone to send proof of their ability to pay. He finally asked them to take a seat so he could assist me and when I gave him my name and confirmation number, he said he didn't have anything for me. I begged him and could clearly see that there were several vehicles available. I even offered to upgrade and pay more money but was told that all those vehicles were reserved for the next day. That makes no sense to me. If there were no vehicles available, why was I able to receive a confirmation number? Why would anyone deny a customer who was standing in front of them willing to pay more money, in favor of customers who may not even show up the following day? Why was the phone not work properly? This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. My plans were ruined as a result of this experience, which cost me hundreds of dollars. Update** I did receive a cal from the manager on the afternoon before I left. He offered to rent me a car that day, which was about 5 days too late. While he did apologize, he should have stopped there instead of trying to argue with me about why I should have planned to rent a car earlier than I did. The bottom line is that if I had a reservation, I should have had a car. But apparently he was saving them for other local customers for future days. Apparently there had been a recent hail storm and people in the area can't drive with dents in their cars, so there was a spike in rentals. I honestly feel that the manager made things worse by calling, because he continued to argue with me instead of validating my experience and trying to make things right. Giving excuses and blaming me for reserving a car within the last hour before they closed did nothing to resolve the problem. read more

I had a reservation for over a month and 12hrs before I was going to pick up my rental I got a call saying they didn't have a car for me and wont. I have to know try and find a car rental so I can leave on my vacation on time and get to my destination, All while having to pay twice as much somewhere else because it is such a short notice! I reserved a car on Sept 30th for pickup on 10/21 for vacation. The online reservation was not user friendly although I was confident it was correct as I received a confirmation # 1844646150. I modified the reservation the night before in attempt to add my husband as a driver. I received a call hours before we were to pick up the rental and a young man said "we just received your reservation request and we unfortunately no longer have any rentals". I explained I had requested a rental weeks prior and he replied "you did? Oh yes I see the date requested now. We might be able to find something". He asked if they should keep our reservation just in case something is available. I said yes although we had only went with enterprise as they were opened on a Sunday. Enterprise did not offer us the best deal as we planned to drive it to another state and fly back. Enterprise charges a hefty "drop off" fee when leaving it in another state and though other rental companies have this fee, Enterprise did not explain this well. When I called to ask for clarification on this fee I was told it was to cover hail damage. In the end we received a call back from enterprise a few minutes before they were to close saying they would have a rental available on Tuesday. I had to cancel my flight returning and wait till Monday to call Hertz. Those plane tickets were not refundable as I didnt pay the extra fee to cancel for free. Now I have a point credit towards a new flight some time in the future. This stressed my vacation out and cost me more money in the end. read more

I must have missed the fine print stating that the car might contain vomit, fingernails, and blood. We needed to rent a full size SUV for a business trip last week and decided to use Enterprise in Greeley. One person in our group picked up the car early in the morning, and while the initial vehicle inspection was clouded by the incompetence of the Enterprise employee as she fumbled through the check-out process, nobody could have guessed what was in store for us. As we picked up each passenger and drove toward our first stop in WY, we noticed more and more concerns with the vehicle. As you can see from the pictures, every seat was defiled over and over again. It appeared that one of the previous passengers vomited on the back of the seat and passenger door; someone decided to insert fingernails (human) in the side door handle; there was paint/makeup on the head liner, headrest, and rear cargo area; and an unmistakable blood stain on the front passenger seatbelt. We thought it would be best to call the Greeley office and let them know the state of the vehicle and allow them to opportunity to make it right. The person on the phone said that we must have been given a dirty vehicle (duh, you think?) and did not offer any solutions to make it right. We decided to push on and continue our trip until we noticed that the vehicle that they rented us had expired plates (one month past the grace period even). At this point, we were disgusted and did not want to risk getting stoped by the police so we called back to the Greeley Enterprise office back to arrange a new vehicle. The employee explained over the phone that we could exchange the vehicle in Casper, WY and that he would call ahead. We made it to Casper, only to find out that the Greeley guy failed to call the Casper guy and they just gave out their last vehicle. After waiting for about an hour, the Casper guy was able to locate an acceptable vehicle at the airport and we exchanged the mobile crime scene for a small SUV with a broken windshield. The biggest concern that I had, other than the hazardous biology, was the absence of service recovery and the lack of responsibility from the Greeley Enterprise office. So beware, you too might end up stuck in a car that questions your faith in humanity if you go to this office. read more

Rented a car for a short trip to Estes, they upgraded me due to a Recall on the vehicle. Nice to know they keep up on that. Had a minor problem due to pricing on our Employee Website. But the honored it. Not their fault, still took care of it. Great service all around. Will use them again as they did go above and beyond customer service. That what it's all about. Easy, fast, and a pleasure. From the moment I was picked up I walked in to Ryan. To a new Employee I believe his name was Simone and the Manager Miquel.all took great care of me. This enterprise gave my husband and I a HORRIBLE experience. I booked our rental online and received and email confirming the rental and it went over terms and what not. When we actually got to enterprise to pick up the car they told us we had to pay a $150 safety deposit on top of the amount we owed to rent the car. No where in the email did it even mention a safety deposit. Then they wanted 2 current utility bills! None of this was in the email or stated anywhere and it caused such a hassle and so much stress. We were then told there was an additional fee per extra driver, which it did state in the email, but they decided to wave it "this time" because they could tell my husband was getting frustrated. Definitely go somewhere else to rent a car. This place is not worth the money or the hassle. If It wasn't for our trip being so last minute and not having time to go somewhere else we definitely would have returned the car and taken our business elsewhere. We have rented a car from our local Nissan in the past and it was only $25 a day and a much less stressful experience. Bottom line, they need to include all their hidden fees up front and let you know what you need to bring with you to pick up the vehicle. read more

The second car had a flat tire and they wouldn't come to my house to switch cars, too dangerous for one of their employees. Third car also had a flat and I had to take it to get repaired. And when we returned the car they claimed it had hail damage. No hail in our area while we had the car, by the way. Don't even want to get into the nightmare that is their corporate customer service. We had to use Enterprise because my car is in the shop and Enterprise is who the contract is through for our warranty. Our car was not at the dealership where we had to leave our car as promised. When going to the Loveland CO location to pick up the car, we had to wait 45 min to be helped. Customers who were waiting with us answered phones as not one employee would pick up a phone. The car we were provided was filthy! Stains on the seats of who knows what and the rear breaks were gone. When the breaks were applied all you could hear was metal on metal grinding. When the Loveland location was called about the problem they said "they had no other cars available". We went to the College and Drake location in Ft Collins CO and they as well had not cars available. When calling the Greeley, CO location I was told that I needed to take the time off work, take the car to the dealership that did Enterprise's fleet repair, wait for the car to be fixed. Upon calling roadside assistance per the corporate operator a tow truck was dispatched to pick up the car and take it to the Greeley Enterprise location that is less then a block from my work. The Loveland location did call and I was told they would see if they could get me into a different car but I would have to come pick it up as I was too far out of their way to deliver a new rental to me. The Loveland location Manager, Connor, said he would call me back when they had a solution to the problem. I have yet to hear from them and I am now stranded at work with no transportation. read more
