I was a little concerned after seeing the lower ratings for this location, but I was put immediately at ease by the warm but professional welcome extended by every member of the staff. Honestly, I was already set on a 5 star review before the crisis came up--- i was going to be short on the deposit. I did what I could but my card would not allow another payment and they couldn't take cash. A little jiggly shake and the values settled somewhere from which an exception could be made. We were grateful and took great pains to make certain that we returned our one way rental on time and respectful of the contract. Does the world get a little better when people feel the desire to stretch to live up to kindness? Probably. It wasn't just us, everyone in the office was treated well. What could have been a disaster after already having our car died on the road alongside a brushfire and using up all our favors from the universe to get the best cat friendly tow truck driver was I stead another humbling experience reinforcing just how significant the impact of human kindness can be.
