I got there and I contacted the line to reach the representative because I was late for pick up- but he was just not even sweating it, and knew my name and remembered what vehicle I would of liked to rent(which was nice) He got us in a vehicle, went to actually check the vehicle is ready to go and bam!! He came back and said, "you will be pleased with this vehicle and if not come back and I can get another for you." He was just super professional and did the paper work in a timely manner, explained and well let's just say, "we are definitely renting from this company again!" -Customer service is everything-!

The first time we rented and paid for a midsize suv and were given a small compact car. The company tried to justify this by hand writing on a card a 25% discount off the next rental but we were unable to use it if we rented using our credit card, which is how we rent cars. I called to make sure on the second rental that we rented would actually be a midsize suv. The company made sure that was right this time. We recieved a text mid trip from the manager asking us to look in the car for a set keys saying his auto cleaner left them in the car. The funny thing was the car was never cleaned. Again we were given a car that wasnt clean. Upon returning the car the manager said he would refund back $50 dollars but never did. Disappointing.

When I appeared at noon on Thursday to pick up my car I was told by Jeff that because I did not come in on the 11am Alaskan airlines flight from Alaska that my car was given away. I had in fact, arrived on Tuesday from Los Angeles so this had NOTHING to do with their "misunderstanding." They certainly didn't text to find out my plans or give me any warning that my car was being used for another customer. This lack of car was particularly stressful as I had a 3pm wedding to attend in Stanley the same day. After a 30 minute wait I was finally introduced to the dirty car I was provided in lieu of the original car I had reserved. After a very cursory "read this initial this" explanation of the contract during which I accepted all additional insurance fees, I left the airport focused only on getting to the wedding. In our rushed "review" of the contract I read the words "$15.99 for fuel fees" and believed this was the fee I would pay if I chose not to refuel myself. It was only upon receiving my credit card bill that I realized that in addition to the $151.73 + $69.98 insurance fee I was also charged $9.99 per gallon for the fuel I used for the trip to Stanley. This added an additional $73.92 to my bill. I still have my original copy of the contract and in the fine print is says "000-074MlS equals a $15.99 flat rate fee . 075MIS and above equals 9.990 per Gal." I truly had no idea that the numbers referred to MILES and I unnecessarily agreed to purchase gas at TRIPLE the cost of gas at the pumps that day which was $3.37. Had my car been ready as expected there would have been ample time to understand what I was initialling and I could have avoided this fee.
