The Ford F150 I rented was in excellent condition, clean, and a Lariat edition. Scott pulled it right to the front of the office for me, which I appreciated in the chilly Wyoming wind. The customer experience was top notch and I'll certainly choose Enterprise for future rentals.

I spoke with him on Thursday the 30th of December. I asked specifically if the vehicle had major rust as that was a deal breaker for me. He said the vehicle was in great shape. I told him I would drive down the coming Monday (today) or Tuesday and that it was a 6 hour drive one way for me. I called this morning before departure to ensure that it had not been sold and he said it was there and would wait for me. After a 6+ hour drive I arrived and walked right to the vehicle. The first thing I notice are rust spots, through the paint, around the rear fender wheel well trim. I walked to the other side and the same thing. I then looked under the fender behind the trim and at lease 1" to 1 1/2" of metal was rusted away and gone with a jagged, crumbly rust edge left. I walked back to the previous side and felt under the trim and the same thing. His comment to me was it was in good shape for the price. It is priced at KBB value in "good condition"! Rusted away body parts is not good condition. I was so angry I walked away quickly before things went south. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!! 12 hour round trip for nothing because I was lied to.

Totally wasted our time and money renting from here. We rented a drum sander and edge sander to…read morerefinish our flooring, picked it up on Friday afternoon 30 minutes before close. They were closed until the Wednesday, but what they neglected to tell us, is that they didn't carry all the grits of paper needed to actually refinish our floors. We spent all day Saturday trying to find the missing grits of paper anywhere, with no luck, after using the first two grits and realising there wasn't anything between 36 and 80. You cannot make that big a leap in grit without having a floor look like garbage, and they said NOTHING about missing those grits. On Wednesday we called to ask about the missing grit and they said they didn't have any, so we returned the sanders considering they were USELESS to us, and they didn't even refund anything, or offer to order in the missing grit and give us a credit. Never rent sanders from this location, and if you go to any of the other locations, make sure before you take it home that they give you what you need in order to actually USE the damn thing in the first place, or you'll be renting it without being able to use it, for no damn good reason like we did. I will never give this place my business again, next time we'll drive to Greeley or Loveland to rent from Home Depot instead.

I was camping in the Snowy Mountains and knocked the front end of my RV out of alignment. I found…read moreonly one repair garage in Laramie with an alignment rack large enough to handle the alignment. The guy behind the counter was lacking in the local Wyoming friendliness I had come to expect. In the two hours I sat there, I watched numerous locals pick up or drop off a vehicle. He was friendly and engaging with each of them, but not the new customer sitting in the lobby for two hours. The alignment technician determined a bushing needed to be replaced; the total cost was 528.93. I thought it was expensive but agreed to the repair. When it came to payment, the closing experience showed little appreciation for the 528.93. They told my wife the bushing on the invoice was not the part they put on the RV. They had used a different bushing. They didn't change the part number on the invoice; the guy just wrote it on the alignment sheet. I was curious about the difference in the cost of the bushing they put on the RV. I called the NAPA store where the part came from. They charged me 245.99 for the bushing; that was on the invoice. When I gave NAPA the part number of the bushing they put on the RV, the cost was 19.97. They had overcharged by $ 226.02. I called the owner, Troy Trujillo, and explained the situation. He said there was a lack of communication between the technician and the front desk. He refunded me the difference. There wasn't much empathy for the 226.02 error on my bill. It was a poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them.
