We took the van back, and he informed us that he was going to resolve the check engine lite issues for the van to pass inspection, they had the van for over 2 weeks, and kept giving us the runaround, about when it was going to be ready, Eventually, we had to pick up the van , and take it to another Inspection Station to be serviced when I inquired about the (NYVIP3) Inspection waver and they had no clue what that was When I looked up the shop in the DMV Database they Had a different business name, it was listed as Robel Auto Repair, So they are not even registered with the DMV AVOID, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, NOT PROFESSIONAL, AND MAY BE SCAMMERS

My new card did not arrive in time for my trip. Understand that it's standard for most car rentals to not accept Apple Pay / cash. However, Enterprise made it very difficult to work around this. This location accepts debit cards, but NOT from out of state customers. They said I could call a friend and have them put their card down and I could still rent the car without them in the vehicle. Luckily I did have a friend nearby and he came. However when he tried to use his physical credit card with their payment system, it would not work. So not only can you not use ApplePay, even physical cards sometimes don't work? They then told us that he couldn't use his debit card if he wasn't going to be in the rental car with me. I had to call a second friend to try their physical credit card, which luckily worked. Was stuck in their building for ~2 hours. Service also stinks in their office, so I had to exit into the garage / go downstairs to even communicate with my friends to come. The car they provided also smelled like cigarette smoke - even after they cleaned the interior. They let me take it without cleaning the outside since I was in a time crunch but would have expected the interior to not smell. The front desk lady I spoke with was nice but horrible experience overall - namely caused by their debit card policy and wonky technology. Won't be back to this location.

My husband reserved a car online a couple of days before we picked it up. Catherine was the employee who checked us in. We found her to be very friendly and efficient. She spent quite a bit of time with us explaining the details of the rental policy. Also let us know that the tank was less than half full and we only had to have it filled up to that point when we returned it. Also walked around the car with us to check for any dings etc before we took off. She also pointed out that we would not be charged for any minor damage within a certain diameter of a circle. She was excellent as far as customer service goes. Very personable and made you feel comfortable. Upon our return, Josh helped check us back in and checked the car before completing the credit card transaction. He said he emailed us the receipt but the next day my husband said it was not in his email inbox. We called and spoke with Catherine and she immediately sent out 2 emails to make sure we received them, which we did. Before we left the office, I asked Josh about Enterprise's policy on tolls. (We had borrowed a relative's EZPass but I wasn't sure the sensor registered it every time a toll was supposed to be paid.). Josh told us Enterprise has a surcharge of $4/day regardless of how many tolls you pay. Cheaper than another rental car company which added an extra charge for every toll using their EZPass. I would most likely rent a car from this location again as the service was exceptional. (The exterior of the car was not clean and Catherine apologized for that but for us it was not a deal breaker. (We drove from Long Island to southern New Jersey and back again.)

Another bonus- the same price for cash and credit. It is absolutely gorgeous inside; like a cigar lounge..Love the colors. The Manager/cashier Prabhjot is just the nicest, most efficient, aware and professional worker. The location is so convenient. It is a 2 minute drive from Trader Joe's , Bagel Boss and French Workshop; about 4 minutes from both the Parkway and Expressway. They have a garage and a good mechanic on staff. The rest room is accessible, open, very clean, well maintained with ample paper products. Open daily from 5 am to 11 pm. Please disregard the Open 24 hours signage outside.
