Here I am Friday morning when Brian promised he would pick me up at 8:15 am. It is now 8:35. I'm on hold for the SH location 20 minutes and no one has even picked up the phone. 15 minutes on hold so far with customer service who said they would call Brian. They're "hold" advertisement says they are happy to pick you up "we'll be there" " we love going the extra mile" WELL??? Where are they??? No accountability, just empty promises and "umm I'm sorry what can I do ?" From Brian yesterday. Why ask if you're not going to do anything ? Customer service is no better ! No return call. No car. They said there's only one person in the office. My son said there were at least 8. So they lie. Brian should be fired. Now I'm told someone is on the way. No answers for why I wasn't notified. The day I drove into nyc I've tried calling this locations number numerous times with no answer and no answering service/voicemail! I called corporate and they said I could not drop off vehicle at a Manhattan location due to this locations policy. You have to pre arrange a diff destination drop off. I call corporate and mention there's no answer so they give me another number which is a fax machine. Long story short- cane back to drop off car- paid everything in full with my debit card since my credit card is maxed out from my financial stress. But on top of that CHRISTIE the owner slaps a 35$ day late fee. She told me her 8 month old cousin has cancer- and the lack of customer service and empathy she held- I cursed her and that location. People that know me know that I'm a very spiritual person with a heritage of multidimensional communication. I feel sorry for the pain she will endure through her karma and incapability to show not only responsibility to failing to answer her phone, but to fail to have empathy when her own blood has cancer- she has no feelings and should suffer the consequences until she can feel something other than herself.
