However, the manager informed me that there was a low inventory of undamaged cars. He gave me a Chevy Camaro with front bumper damage, which the customer service representative noted on my receipt. The customer sitting next to me was returning her rent a car. She said that she also had been given a damaged one and that she was Blessed to make it back to New York alive. She claimed that the car was barely operable. The interior of the Camaro is dusty. It might not have been sanitized before I drove it off the lot. Enterprise has jeopardized my health in these days of increasing COVID-19 risk levels. I had to sanitize the car myself with my own wipes. The oil indicator light came today, Mother's Day, signaling low oil, and because all Enterprise offices are closed today, except the airport ones which the at-fault driver's policy does not allow me to use, I am unable to exchange this car for another one. Tomorrow I plan to get an exchange at another Enterprise office--one with a higher inventory of undamaged cars and better Yelp reviews.

Guys, you want to avoid these guys…read more I filed a complaint with Budget based upon THREE holds of $250.00 being placed on my card, an ADDITIONAL $211.40 being charged AFTER I left the office. THEN I RECEIVED A NEW CHARGE FOR 76.41!!!! I spoke to their representative (that would be too long a story) who agreed she saw no reason for additional charge. I finally had to call my bank to dispute the charge and block Budget from any future charges. I have filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General's office and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). In my opinion, this is a company to avoid.

He even upgraded me so I could get on the road quickly, which I truly appreciated. Bryan handled my check-out and he was amazing. Although he usually works at the Huntington location, everything was fast and smooth. I was running late, and on top of that, he went out of his way to give me a ride to my destination.
