When I dropped off my vehicle at the auto body shop, Enterprise picked us up. When we arrived at Enterprise, my reservation couldn't be located. Once I provided my reservation number, the employee located it. I was given paperwork and encouraged to look for dents or scratches larger than two inches and to take photos. He apologized for the lack of stain removal. The seats had some stains. We were shown the basics on operating the car. We brought our own EZ pass to put on the car windshield. If you don't have one, Enterprise does. They charge more than the actual toll but it is still cheaper than a fine you will accrue for not paying a toll. We enjoyed the rental and having dual temperature control. When my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up, I notified Enterprise. We didn't even have to return the car. The repair shop let us hand over the keys to the rental and just leave it on their property. That convenience was appreciate. Enterprise is across the street. We were able to drive off from the repair shop.

All the staff here are very professional and offer excellent customer service. Amanda was great in showing me how to navigate my rental.. Assured me that the other insurance will take care of everything. It helps that there are nearby gas stations to fill up. You wanna make sure the gas is on point. Because of this, they forced me to pay a total of $860 instead of the original price. When I realized what was happening and asked to cancel the reservation altogether, the staff refused and claimed it was completely impossible to do so. To make matters worse, I have sent multiple follow-up letters and left detailed survey feedback, but the company has completely ignored all my attempts to resolve this issue. Their customer service is horrible, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid renting from Next Car.

The trax was clean and in good shape but very basic compared to what I have been renting. It had Apple Car Play but no active cruise and no active collision protection. The seats were manual adjust also. The car did well for us as we toured the country. I put 6400 miles on it in two weeks and saw many things with no issues with the vehicle. Tolls in Texas were an issue, Next added a $5 fee to each toll which I felt was steep. They add a $2 toll to any easy pass toll also. It wasn't really explained well to me so be aware.

Jerome picked me up from the body shop a few minutes after I arrived and helped to get me squared away with a rental car. My experience at this location was great, the guys are extremely professional and easygoing. It's clear they go above and beyond with customers when they really don't have to. As I was waiting I overheard Jerome trying to arrange for a larger rental with a woman he was helping. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or if it was just a busy time, but while I was there there appeared to be only 2 employees managing the customers in person and the phone was ringing constantly so people were always being put on hold while Jerome helped those waiting on site. Give that man a raise!!! Overall, I had a good experience with the Enterprise staff at this location.

I've never had any issue with the process of setting-up the reservation although I think the easiest way is to just call them. As for the vehicles themselves, the o es that I have rented are fairly late model cars. I think the van is from 2012. I actually noticed a new passenger van in their lot. My most recent rental was a pickup truck k. I had it for three days and it was a lot of fun. This place definitely has so e options and the cars are in decent shape and economical. If you're dropping you're vehicle near by for repair, they will pick you up and drop you off! This needs to be arranged in advance.** The staff I have dealt with have always been really friendly and helpful. They have always explained fully the terms and given me the options available. I wish their location was a bit more guest friendly. Right now is boring, no music, and not attractive to being in more business. Then again, I have been in/out within 10 minutes of being there.
