I deleted that review after speaking with Metalgne thinking he would be honest with me and communicate better regarding my car. Well, I was lied to again, so I'm writing another review. My car is still at their shop and its now been 3 months. I was told that my car has been completed painted and mechanical work done. When I arrived I can clearly see that the paint is off, the front of my car doesnt match the rest of the car. I addressed this with Metalgne and his response was that common sense would tell me that the car wouldn't look the same and I'll need to let the sun hit my car for 2 to 3 months before it adjust. I informed him that didnt make sense and he stated that I can ask anybody and they'll tell me the same. So i did, I contacted Mercedes Benz dealership in Annapolis and spoke with the body shop. They informed me that isnt true and that the hood and grill should've been painted while attached to my car and grounded until blended. This makes more sense! Instead of Metalgne telling me the truth that those parts were painted separately (this also was confirmed by the painter himself) reason why the color is off. He tries to insult my intelligence and tells me to use common sense on why its supposed to look like it does. I feel he's lying to me because I'm a female and he thinks I don't know any better when it comes to cars. Or he's just not that good of a Mercedes Benz Specialist. Either way this shop definitely deserves a one star! Please check out photos attached. After painting my car a different shade, they told me to come pick it up with damage to my car by them. No one said nothing, I guess they thought I wouldn't see that either- along with the paint job.

I brought my jeep into Gili's with some front end damage, Orna made a great impression from the start and was straightforward with the whole process I'd needed to go through with my insurance to getting it into the garage. Upon dropping my car off I was made clear of a timeline and the process my car would be undergoing, whether it was adjustment, ordering more parts, insurance related things, the whole lot. I was kept in the loop everytime my insurance was involved, I was told what parts were being ordered, when they were expected to arrive and what was going on. I was not left in the dark and felt part of the entire process. That's something I'm not used to when dealing with garages and it was a breath of fresh air. I just picked my jeep up this morning (it was finished a day ahead of when they originally expected) and I'm blown away with everything. The car looks amazing, runs better, and is squeaky clean! As someone who does a lot of my own vehicle upkeep I'm always terrified when dealing with garages for fear of being ripped off or given the run around, and my car means a lot to me. That was far from the case with Gili's, this shop deserves every bit of the 5 stars I'm giving it and so does Orna. EXCELLENT SERVICE and a wonderful, straightforward business. Thank you!

They're extremely honest for example if they can't help you they'll suggest you go somewhere else they've actually driven me home before because I'm handicapped & didn't have a way to get there. He uses this establishment because he says they treat him "right". Far from home but I work on their side of town. Before I made the appointment I asked the price for a basic oil change and to have them check a tire that was always low after a few days. Their answer: DEPENDS. You can't pin down a price because they change everything on you as they go. Why can't basic oil change/synthetic for X car model be XXX? I am pretty particular with my car since it has been well taken care of and I was tired of price gouging and upselling by all the car dealers. When I arrived the mechanic guy finally came in and he seemed very odd to me because he did not seem to understand my questions: as in what will X and Y cost me with taxes, disposal fees, etc. He was an older man. Finally gave me prices but added that those prices might change. HUH? It took over 5 hours for them to inspect the tire, and a simple oil change after I was told to return in an hour. When I got there some other tech came to me and said I needed a list of things, etc. WUT? Nonsense. OK I said I will bring the car back and do each as I can afford, oh boy, my remark INCENSED the chubby man who overheard my conversation with the tech. OH NO YOU MUST DO THIS as soon as possible... WTH? I KNEW none of the other "repairs" were needed. I wanted confirmation about these bogus recommendations and to see why and what their reasons were for having them done? Possibility of XYZ equals NONE to me and he did not even code those possibilities. Not enough care and time to write up what was needed. Quality of work is shoddy too, car did not run better, was the same with the tire. THE dirty and sneaky repair shop is what I call them. OH and my friend loves them because he pays ANY PRICE these guys ask and yes they fix it promptly if you pay whatever THEY ASK, but mark up and cost of labor is in the stratosphere. There is no value in this shop unless desperation is your only choice. The lower techs are nice but the tech mgrs, office managers are rude, inconsiderate, and have no idea how to do business other than the Cro-Magnon way!! Workmanship is shoddy, zero customer service, very dirty place and no place to sit and wait. Scare tactics are just ridiculous and pricing is HIGHER than the car dealers. NEVER AGAIN. I dropped my car off on November 28 for minor front bumper repairs. Instead of timely, professional service, I was given months of excuses, delays, and misinformation. I went to the shop multiple times to check on my vehicle and repeatedly asked to speak with the manager. Each time, I was told the manager was not available. I later discovered that the manager had been sitting behind the front desk for over 30 minutes while I was asking to speak with him. That level of dishonesty and disrespect is unacceptable. When I finally got my car back on January 24, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. While the vehicle was in their possession, my windows suddenly stopped working. I paid them to fix the issue, but now the windows roll up with a loud, violent thud. My brakes now make a loud clunking noise every time I brake, a problem that did not exist before they worked on my car. And to top it off, the very bumper they were supposed to repair is now loose and cracked. C&D Auto Body did not just fail to fix my vehicle, they damaged it, wasted months of my time, and showed zero accountability. This shop demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship. There appeared to be a lack of internal communication, which created confusion and unnecessary complications during a time-sensitive situation. We initially brought in our vehicle and received guidance from one of the mechanics on how to proceed. When we returned at a later time to pick up the vehicle, we encountered a different staff member who was unprofessional and released the vehicle without providing a quote for the recommended services. Subsequently, another staff member took an approach that directly contradicted the original plan discussed, which ultimately made things more expensive and confusing. When we returned once again, we were given a paper quote that was significantly higher--by several thousand dollars--than what was originally communicated via text. Due to the inconsistency, poor communication, and overall frustration, we chose not to move forward with their services. It was a costly and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this shop to others.
