There are signs on the building saying there is, but there is NOT!! We dropped our car off the day before it's return on a Sunday (when the location is closed). Searched around the building for 20 mins and couldn't find a box. The next day, we called and let them know we LEFT the car on site, but took the keys (thankfully we were still nearby the next day). Once inside, I was told there isn't a dropbox and they've been trying to get the signs removed. You can not leave the Keys inside the car either because they don't have extra copies Just Please Be Aware of This. Only drop the car off when the location is OPEN!

I paid for the extra insurance for 7 days and on my invoice it clearly is charged for only the 7 days with the extra insurance coverage. The insurance stepped in when my 7 days were up and covered ONLY the remaining days of the rental yet without approval or signature or even them asking if I wanted to pay for extra insurance for the remaining days they charged me. When I came to get the issue resolved the branch manager used profanity and told me he "can't do shit about it" then ignored me and proceeded to help a customer. Completed disregard for the mis charge, disrespect, and lack of attempts to help. A sign posted on the wall "putting your first is our first priority" what a joke. This location should close down if they can't handle customer service. As a manager this is how you treat people?

Long story short, she forced me to get insurance that I did not need. Stated that I would not be able to take the rental off the lot without it. Long story very short, all that talk was total bs and every other agent that worked there and other enterprises said what she did was wrong. I'm not sure if she personally pockets money if she can sell bs insurance but why force someone to get something they don't need. Anyways, when I found out that I could get my money refunded, she made it a person mission to ensure that didn't happen. It got to the point when I had to talk to the area manager. After about 2 weeks I finally got my money back. If I didn't have drive and was ridiculously persistent I would have never seen my money. If you have to work with Danielle, God forbid, have your recorder ready so you can document how she talks to people. Better yet, just go to the New Carrollton location instead. We found this place near one of our DC shoots and kindly requested a 15-Passenger Van with the back seat taken out so we could stow luggage for our crew. When I arrived, the old guy at the front desk lied to me when I asked about the back seat, saying it was bolted in and would come out. Upon further inspection I pointed out that the seat had straps to unfasten it. He started complaining about the request, giving me one excuse after another about why they couldn't take the seat out. When he gave me the best excuse "I'm too old, I can't get it out myself." I offered to take the seat out myself and leave it inside the office. Still wouldn't cooperate. After calling the owner, he gave me a handful of "liability excuses" which are BS because my company provides millions of insurance coverage...what does that have to do with providing good customer service and taking out a back seat? Needless to say, I will never use their services again. The kicker? Easterns Automotive Group had the one we wanted and that's when I got in touch with Mike. Now I've been through the process of buying a few cars before and out of all the experiences I've had, Mike has done the most to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had an amazing experience. First, Mike made sure I was able to look over the Carfax and see if there was anything I might be concerned about. He didn't have to take the time to do this but he did. Then he made sure the car was thoroughly detailed for us as he knew this was going to be a special gift. When it came time to do the paperwork, things were a little more complicated because we were purchasing a vehicle out of state, but again, Mike was making sure we felt comfortable with everything and we never felt bad for asking questions if we had them. Finally, when it came time to ship the car, Mike was there making sure it got loaded ok and was safely on it's way. Now technically, Mike's job was done, but he wasn't done making sure our experience was the best. He was checking in to make sure the Jeep was delivered ok. Even though that wasn't his responsibility. He was genuinely excited to hear how my mom would react to seeing her Jeep and again, wanted to do everything he could to make sure she had a great experience. He even sent a card and called her to congratulate her! Mike went above and beyond because he not only helped make sure we were getting a beautiful Jeep for mom, but that she would get the kind of VIP experience that she would remember for the rest of her life. And that's not something you can necessarily pay for. It takes a special type of person who understands the value of relationships and that's what I came to see about Mike. He doesn't just treat you like a customer, he treats you like family. When buying a car from Mike, you feel like you're buying a car from a friend, someone who cares about you and is looking out for you. So thank you Mike! My mom will remember this experience for the rest of her life and we couldn't have done this without you.
