So I don't know where to start. I guess I can say I am upset with myself that I did not come to hesperia dental center sooner! Covid is something that is affecting everyone world wide and to come to a place and feel safe and secure is a plus on its own. They have great screening and hygiene measures in place from when you reach their door. You are greeted by friendly staff and they make the temperature and Sanitation process very calming! After check in process and PROPER covid procedures conducted I was immediately taken for X-rays. No long wait. The Staff member doing the X-rays was very efficient and gentle. Dr. Brust greeted me as soon as he saw me and I felt like I was at home. Dr. Is very informative on everything and I did not feel like I was in a boring lecture. He made sure to compliment and give constructive criticism on the areas that needed a little more attention. He answered all questions. He gives suggestions that might help in your busy schedule when it comes to proper dental care. From the moment I stepped foot until even now I do not feel like I was just another chart number/check cashed. I do not really write reviews so when I do I felt like this is an amazing place!! I will definitely return and suggest anyone that is looking for a dental place!! This is the one. You will not be let down!! First of all who charges customers before they receive treatment? #Hesperia Dental Center. Who changes the contract you paid the $200 for by not giving me a cleaning and only giving me a polish? #Hesperia Dental Center It is only a week since I have been to Hesperia Dental Center. I paid $200 for x-rays and teeth clean. I was very upset that Hesperia Dental Center office wants to charge me $25 for EMAILING me a copy of my X-rays and it will take them 7 days to do so. I have never experienced a fee for any medical records hard copy and digital. I'm 84 years old with stage 4 cancer and they want to put me through a bone graft that is unnecessary. They want to pull my wisdom teeth which I have had all my life, unbelievable! Btw I witnessed them not only charge the couple the before treatment fee. Then come out to tell the ladies husband that they are doing a $500 procedure on her now. Husband was upset and said no we don't have the money for that. The dental assistant said they have already started. Wait, so now they change the contract because you have no way to back out. OMG you guys!!! I am so incredibly shocked and amazed at this dentist office!! I have had a horrible lifelong dental phobia, I literally have walked/ran out of every dentist appt I've had in the last 20 years, I called to schedule an appt and explained my situation where the dentist got on the call and made me feel so much better, this office is so empathetic, caring and loving!! I'm over the moon to have my painful issue finally resolved after months and months of absolute misery and pain, it's finally over thanks to these kind folks, I honestly can not thank them enough... Worst dentist in the High Desert. Antiquated office. Needs to embrace technology and move to the 21st century. Doctor's wife and practice biller is beyond unprofessional. Dr. Brust is on of the best dentists I have ever seen. He explains the treatment needs well and doesn't do anything unnecessarily just to bill your insurance like some other offices do. If a procedure can wait he will tell you exactly that. He is also mindful to make sure you are not in a lot of pain while he is performing work on your teeth. I wouldn't recommend working here. Office is micromanaged by the Doctors wife. The doctor will only pay $16 an hour, even with several years of experience. Job requirers you to work until 7 pm with a 2 hour off the clock lunch break and Saturdays. read more

I got hired with them knowing I was 7 1/2 month pregnant they ask me to quit my other packaging job to work here full time so I did then they wanted me to learn everything front an back office in just 2 weeks an the owners wife called me out of my name said I was a lier a fraud an I was useless it was the most disrespectful unprofessional call I have ever gotten from a boss I have never in my life been fired or let go from a job PLEASE PLEASE BE WARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING UR SELF INTO WHEN WORKING HERE also when they fired me they want me to write a letter that i was quitting which was not the case. I told him I will not write the letter because that is not what happend then he gave me a check with 14 an hour instead of 16 an hour like we had spoke smh. Omg! I'm very pissed..this is the 2nd temporary crown that has come out of my mouth in less than 2 weeks!! I've had crowns (temp too) before and never had this issue. They high pressure sell items....I bought a clentch guard for about $300.. But found it online for half the price. When I tried to cancel that order (less than 2 days after the order was placed), they tried to tell me that I can only do it if it wasn't made...I asked how it could be made in less than 2 days ehen you guys told me it would take 2 weeks.. ((((( BEWARE ... DON'T GO HERE ))))) No joke, this place sucks. The dentist Mr. K. Brust is a fraud, liar, scammer, fake !!! He charges double for procedures that other offices charge. He also only deals with gold as the metal used for fillings, settings, crowns and such. But he never will tell you until you are ready to pay. He is a jerk, he came out into the parking lot and cursed at me, while I was on the phone with my dental benefits department, as I sat in my personal vehicle. When I was informing them of this crazy lunatics outrageous dollar amount. He wanted $1,850.00 for a root canal and crown. When my prior dental office which is 30 miles further away only charges $675.00 for the exact same procedure. You do the math and figure it out for yourself, but just know I tried to warn you. Plus my brother went here before me, and he just got a crown. He just realized it had been put in backwards and he argued with the dentist, who is denying to fix it or correct it!! read more

Okay at first impression we LOVED this place. By the 3rd visit (my first visit was with my son and two with my daughter) it was discovered that Mrs. Brust is a psychopath. For no reason she became unreasonable and made herself very ugly. She already has a very stern and short personality and that was somewhat tolerable yet this time her manner....her words, body language, and just plain ridiculousness was scary. It was uncalled for to say the least. I am now in a position to be on the hunt for yet another place to take my kids (as where we have been going for over 10 years cant see my kids anymore due to insurance changes). With every ounce of strength I had (and it took every ounce) I was able to stay calm and deal with the matter at hand but boy oh boy she made it extremely hard....I don't even know what else to say other than beware. read more
