Went there with high expectations given how friendly the administrative staff was. However after my…read moredentist changed I've had a very negative experience, the new dentist that was assigned to me is rude and dismissive. The dr performed a root canal on my molar and broke a long file in it. The tooth has been hurting (sensitivity to hot cold, failing tapping test and general pain around the clock) since the crown delivery. I went in weeks ago with these complaints and he straight on dismissed that it's the root canal or even the actual tooth that's causing the pain and started talking about some completely unrelated issue when it's obvious that it's that particular tooth and now it's been months and I have low grade fevers and just riding through the pain with my underlying chronic illness which makes my whole body react strongly to infection/inflammation (I have severe dysautonomia). I'm literally scared that I've developed a new infection from a failed root canal, but the experience with this dentist has been psychologically so bad that I'd rather find a new office to deal with this problem than go back there and get gaslighted once again by the new male dr. That being said I'm grateful for Elizabeth and the administrative staff who have been very supportive and kind considering my difficult underlying conditions. I also want to thank the dentist who I believe is the owner? She was very helpful and kind.

For many years I suffered with Allergy/sinus infections and pain. At one point medications stopped…read moreworking. I addressed this issue with Dr. Pipkin. she prescribed an ingenious, creative treatment. By following her plan, immediately after the treatment, pain was relieved. The end result of follow up treatments has been that the sinus issue/pain is 100% gone. I am currently on maintenance treatments that improve my sinus and overall health incredibly. My hygenist is the facilitator of the treatment and she is basically Awesome! It does not get better! If someone has sinus/dental problems, go see Dr. Pipkin.

I live down the hill, and it is an hour drive for me, however I refuse to go to any other dentist because radiant dental always satisfies my picky needs! Everyone knows your name the moment you walk in and the service you get is well deserved! The staff will stay longer and do overtime if you still need their assistance which is very kind of them. The work is phenomenal! When being worked on, I find myself asleep most of the time because the assistants and Dr are very gentle with careful with working on you. Dr is very busy but always have time to work on you as well! She is very smart and educated on her work! Whenever her assistants do any procedures on you, Dr is there for double checking and clarification. All work that is done Dr goes over it several times and does final touches!
