This place is absolutely amazing. The staff from start to finish are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and professional. I was in a bad car accident in March and I'm only 40 but I was walking hunched over and limping, couldn't even move my neck correctly. After about 3-4 months of therapy 2-3 times a week, I'm back able to not only walk, but run jump lift objects and work out again with zero pain. They gave me lots of exercises/stretchs to do at home and every day I visited I learned something new. The music and ambiance here is very relaxing. I am an avid supporter of this location for many reasons, though the main is how effective the adjustment are! I dealt with severe migraines and had terrible neck pain due to poor posture. Had my very first session with Dr. Shawn at this location this past week. & it was amazing ! The entire staff is kind, professional and informative. This office along with the staff give a great uplifting vibe. At first you received a questionnaire that helps the Dr. have a general concept of what areas need work. You discuss any possible car accidents or injuries you may have had prior to your visit & he makes sure to take an X-ray or your spine. He tries to get a feel for potential areas that are tender, I had a couple areas on my neck. The following visit we discussed my X-rays and areas of focus. After my adjustment, I felt so much better ! There is a sort of soreness that comes from the process but the Dr. made sure to recommend icing. I didn't ice the first time but I would say the soreness wasn't unbearable. I also had the chance to get a message in and the massage therapist hit the spot with just the right amount of pressure. After my first appointment, I knew this was the place for me. I selected this practice b/c they genuinely care for their patients. The staff that I worked with, Gloria, Matt, and Hector, were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They were very effiecent and the quality of their service was superb. They always started my appointments right on time, without fail. Dr. Tabrizi is very articulate. He would explain things on a scientific level but also explained in a way where I would understand. He's very down to earth and easy to talk to. The adjustments were effortless. I felt like a new person after my weekly adjustments. After 3 months, my pain level has subsided and my posture has definitely improved (I don't slouch as much). Though I have completed my sessions, I will be coming back regularly for maintenance. Dr. Shaun Tabrizi is the best! He really takes his time with your consultation and treatment plan options, and he explains everything you need to know. Gloria is always friendly and never fails to help me out when scheduling my appointment- regardless if I am late, have limited time, or cancel last minute. (sorry!) The rest of the staff are also very personable and engaging. They refer to me by name, remember conversations from previous visits, and overall make me feel very well taken care of. I forget I'm not just here to have fun sometimes! Online classes, poor workout form, and general bad sitting posture gave me a really stiff neck and a lot of lower back pain. I couldn't go 20 minutes walking without complaining about some kind of ache. I have a very hard time getting adjusted & the doctor working on me has been able to give me a lot of relief & that has been hard for me in the past. I had a car accident back in July of this year. I experienced the worst neck, shoulder, and back injury from the impact. I immediately received care from my primary doctor and there was a disconnect as far as me getting better. So my attorney recommended a chiropractor, and she sent me to Tabrizi Family Chiropractic. The first day I felt like family and that was in good hands. Doctor Shawn Tabrizi did my assessment and went over my MRI results to better understand my injury and what it would take to get back 100%. He answered all my questions and concerns and also gave me advice on how to care for myself at home. I started with therapy and shout out to Jessie, Matt and Andrew who are such amazing therapist. I later on started getting my adjustments and let me tell you I came in so stiff and feeling discomfort and left feeling like I was floating on a soft cloud. I have been dealing with shoulder pain for years where I had been accustomed to it. I was referred to Tabrizi family chiropractic for body adjustment by my mom who was recently in a car accident (they also helped relieve her pain) after my initial assessment ( which included X-rays for a more accurate plan of treatment) they asked my problem areas and upon doing my examination they noticed I struggled to lift my right arm, they then spent more time on my right side and after a few visits they were able to take away the pain I had been dealing with for years. Ok so I'm not really one to leave reviews but I just had to express how amazing the neck adjustments are. The overall adjustments are amazing as well but Dr. Tabrizi is the god of adjusting necks.
