This review is a couple of weeks overdue but I just can't say enough about the wonderful job Lester and his crew did on my house. There was a leak coming into our bedroom from all the torrential rain we had over the summer and I had him come out for a quote on the service. He was able to identify the issue in minutes (the chimney was not properly flashed) and was also able to identify that all my windows were not properly sealed from the previous owner which also caused issues in my house. Lester provided me with a very competitive quote within a day or so as he promised. Seeing how knowledgeable he was about the issues at hand and his responsiveness and professionalism, I decided to go ahead and work with his company even though the cost was slightly more than other companies. Lester and his crew showed up about a week in a half sooner than promised with his crew and got the job done in a professional manner thoroughly. He took pictures of the before and after of the entire project and walked me through everything. The day after the work was done more torrential rains occurred and I'm happy to say everything was perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied with Lester's work and end-result. Don't waste your time calling. I called requesting an estimate to replace the gutters and downspouts on my house. Lester, the owner, came to my house and said I would receive his estimate in three days. Since then, I called him, leaving voice mail and texted him. Lester and team put in gutter guards for our SFH this fall. From the initial contact, to making an appointment to have him come take a look, to getting the contract and starting work - it was all seamless! Lester responded right away from our initial request and we received a contract immediately after he came to take a look at our house and needs. The work didn't start until a couple months later but that was 100% on us b/c we dragged our feet, but he was still very gracious and quickly scheduled the work. The team was on time and efficient in completing the work. Lester is extremely knowledgeable, as we had questions on our siding, building process and materials, etc. (and are getting another quote from him to potentially do that work as well). Lester just left - his crew was here earlier this week to replace all my gutters. They were here on time, worked until it was absolutely dark, and came back immediately to make some minor changes we requested. I have a ranch (think lots of linear feet of gutters) and they were done in one day! I found them easy to communicate with and they did a great job leaving everything clean and tidy. His quote was more than reasonable (believe me - I get lots of quotes). His company does lots of other stuff - we're going to call him back for chimney work, tuckpointing, masonry, skylites, windows and whatever else he does...His card definitely goes in my rollo-dex for home renovation...Now I just have to save up the money, because although his prices are reasonable, nothing's free! read more

Finally, an honest, reliable contractor. I was so impressed I have already referred them to 2 of my friends. They were competitvely priced, and actually showed up when they said they would... Really, on time! They did excellent work in a timely manner. The owner Lester is so pleasant and helpful. Genuinely a nice guy. We had a problem with a broken patio screen door and didn't really know how to fix it. We ran it by him the day they were finishing our siding job. Lester made a very good suggestion and then came back another evening after working another job all day and fixed it for us.
