I contracted Enrique Roofing to replace my roof and renovate the interior of my house including three bathrooms that needed to be re-done in 07/2022. I moved in the house in 11/2022. At the beginning of May (6 months later), a water leak was discovered through the ceiling of the bathroom downstairs which is below one of bathrooms upstairs. I had a plumber come who said the leak was not plumbing related but said the tiles had holes in them causing the leaks. I had another company from tiling come who then told me that the subfloor was poorly done and needed to be redone to fix the water leaks. He stated that "bathrooms should not need re-tiling 6 months later but should last for at least 10 years." I called Enrique Roofing on 05/06/23 and he came to the house on 05/08/23 where he made an appointment to come and fix the floors on Monday 05/15/2023. On 5/13/23, he sent a text stating that he could not come but would come on 5/19/23. On 5/19/23, Enrique Roofing did not show up as promised. I called him twice and he did not respond. His staff called later who stated that they were in another town, 2 hours away, doing at another job (a roof), hence the reason they did not show up. He showed up on Monday 5/19/23. His staff said the tiles broke while they were fixing the floors so they had replaced them and I had to wait until the next day to use the bathrooms. However, the next morning, I swept the floors, and it was like no work had been done. The holes present and grout was disintegrating. The floors have different shades of grout, so I realized they had not been replaced but just regrouted. I asked Enrique Roofing and he sent pictures of them having removing 2 tiles. He said that was the area that was only damaged. I then had two more floor companies come out and both said the subfloor was bad in both bathrooms. I have lost confidence in Enrique's roofing workmanship and question their business ethics so I am having another reputable company fix their mistakes. Also, one of the bedrooms ceilings where they re-did the walls cracked and started to do so in the winter so like 2-3 months after we moved in. When he came over to assess the bathrooms, I showed him, and he said the problem was not the roof, but his men had forgotten to put something between the roof and ceiling. So, you pay all this money for them to renovate and so many mistakes of things not done the right way. Their mistakes and oversight were galore, yet they were paid whatever they charged and on time. The degree of unprofessionalism where they kept rescheduling because of new business opportunities that came their way instead of fixing work they had been paid for but now compromised due to their poor workmanship, and worse still not having the courtesy to honor their commitment but instead just don't show up is jarring to say the least. After several conversations and writing a contract, their four person crew came the following Saturday morning, May 25. They were well organized and completed the task in about 6 hours. Lets start off by saying DONT DO IT! I gave these individuals not one but TWO jobs. One gutter repair and one roof repair. Neither of the two repairs have been corrected. The "repaired" roof still has leakage and the gutters that were supposedly repaired still are not functioning as they should. Both of these jobs were fully paid for being as i was unable to verify the repairs were performed correctly without doing water tests. One would assume the projects that enrique and his crew are performing are being repaired correctly or at the very least Enriques roofing staff would return to fix what has already been paid for. If you're reading this please be aware of the service you'll be recieving. They are not the most expensive out there but you will definitely pay the price by having to pay a second contractor to fix what was supposedly already done! BEWARE! read more

They did not stand by their work or their word. My siding was buckling and they said they would repair it with like-kind siding and it would not buckle. My original siding was insulated. the new siding is not and buckled 7 months after it was installed. Enrique refused to repair the new siding and replace it with what I paid for - insulated siding. read more

FLAKEY AND SHOTTY WORK. I hired this company on a spring wet snow that produced a leak from snow sitting on a ledge off the condo above mine. They came out promptly and claimed to seal the leak. The next significant rain I had a leak in the exact same spot and brought them out again. The claimed that even though the leak was in the same spot, it was, in-fact, a new leak. I paid them again under a verbal agreement they would come out no-charge to fix it again if it leaked. The next rain, I did get the leak. It was impossible to communicate with them to get them back. Upon writing this review, I have officially given up. I was texting about getting them back. It was very poor communication. They were busy, they were on vacation, they would get back to me, they would stop by on Friday. Finally! they gave me a date! (after 3 months) But of course they failed to show up. Now they have fully ghosted me. Side notes: one of my conversations with them they said I did not pay them for their second job. Not true. I mistakenly paid twice by Chase QuickPay and asked them to return one payment. I proved that by texting pics. I thought that was why I was getting such bad service, but they continued to provide bad service. read more
