We stopped here after we visited whiteface mountain. My parents and I really enjoyed it here. They have an easily accessible parking lot. We came on a Friday evening and they had a nice outdoor area with a fire and live music. Everyone was friendly and we were allowed to bring our dog. The food kitchen did close a little around ~6 I believe. We were able to order some beers and get some food luckily. The food was pretty good for a limited menu. We got grilled cheeses that were warm and cheesy. Overall, we had a lovely time here and would stop by again!

Hey hey Adventurers it's FriYay! I was really glad I got to try this place out because the beer selection looked really good. I tried a few different beers but settled on the CSP Mocha Stout which is my go to when I'm at breweries. I really enjoyed the taste of this, not hoppy at all (though don't quote me I'm not a beer connoisseur I just know what I like). It was smooth and the perfect balance of coffee and cholocatey. I did sample the Whole Hive Braggot but it was not at all my style of beer. I also tried the Wildcat cider, but hard pass for me, I think I've moved past my cider days. I tried the Grendel as well but I stuck with my favorite type---chocolate and coffee. McKayla was so awesome, she really explained the types and helped me try newer styles of beer. Absolutely wonderful at talking me into trying so much food too, LOL. While I was there I tried a variety of foods: tomato soup (tasty), pork taco (amazing), soft beer pretzels (so so good), and the piece de resistance was the grilled cheese with pesto. The pesto was optional but I'm telling you, just do it. This place is pretty big inside, really cute bathrooms (honey bee decor), and the tables are like a German Biergarten--picnic tables free grab for all. During the warmer months this place must be absolutely hopping. They're dog friendly but only for outside, which is great because I usually travel with my little Sully. Highly recommend taking the drive here if you're in the Paul Smith's area.

Stopped here after skiing. Small menu, but I had a delicious roasted red pepper and potato soup. Nice atmosphere. I did a flight of their beers and really enjoyed their sours.

Great little brewery that also makes really pizza. We found it by accident, and are glad that we did. Li e music, good food, great service, and really good beer in the Adirondacks! Need I say more?

Low key spot, with a good amount of tables outdoors. Bought two beers and sampled a third all were good. Our favorite was Bob Ross Pale Ale. Great name great beer. In a picturesque area and a nice drive if you are in the area.

First timer, this just became my go-to!! Highly recommend!!! The attention to every detail, selection for every taste, finely balanced brews, tasty food, friendly attentive staff, very clean & well organized location, minutes from all the hot spots of the Adirondacks. Very, very highly recommend! You're missing out if you don't stop here.

Been here I believe four times now. It's a hit every time!!…read more First time I went was on an invitation, as I wasn't expecting much from a brewery. I'm not too crazy about beer, and what I'd seen from the menu seemed like mostly burgers which I also find boring. Was very happy and surprised on my first visit to find they have creative and delicious cocktails, which are more up my alley when it comes to drinks. Also this first time, I got the truffle pizza, which was *phenomenal*!! Since then, have been back 3 more times, once for a drink and to try the cucumber salad, which also sounded incredible, to also compare to a similar one I make at home. Loved it!!! Then the next two times, went with my best friend. Both times he got a different burger, while I spent most of my split tab enjoying a couple drinks. When we're not trying to spend too much, this place has generous sides of fries which are also *incredible* and cheap, so you can fill up on those while enjoying the specialty drinks So I'd say it's really nice for all sorts of tastes, and has a budget friendly food workaround too if you're more there for drinks first, as I outlined above. Highly recommend, and can't wait to be back again soon!!!!

Cocktail and beer selections are great. Five stars to the blood orange margarita. The bad: You can't make a reservation and the waitlist is frustrating sometimes. Parking is challenging. Also, atmosphere is typically loud making it hard to have a conversation. Overall, we like it for a quick bite and will definitely go back.

He was polite, extremely personable, and gave a great recommendation to me on the quesadilla, which turned out to be spot on and was DELICIOUS! I couldn't stop saying how good it was. I also got a flight of 5 beers, which themselves were each unique and enjoyable. Overall we didn't expect much going to a Mexican themed restaurant at a brewery, but we left very impressed and happy we gave it a go. Thanks to Rylan and the kitchen, we had a great experience and would highly recommend giving them a try if in the area. Also I'd note that it was almost empty (A Sunday) when we arrived at almost 5:30, but by the time we left there wasn't an empty seat in the place. So it seems they got a good thing going here

This was my first restaurant experience in the Adirondack mountains, and it was stellar. I ordered the Rocky Marciano pizza, which is basically like a calzone covered in cheese. I wasn't even planning on ordering pizza. I just wanted a good local beer, but the smell of fresh, yeasty dough immediately grabbed my attention in the parking lot. Matt, the bartender was an absolute doll. He let me try a few beers and was super attentive. After letting me sample a few beers, he asked me if I wanted to order food. The smell of pizza still calling me, I decided to get their famous Rocky Marciano, especially since anchovies were one of the topping options. You never see anchovies offered, and I just don't understand it. They are so amazing on pizza! Oh my goodness - it did not disappoint, whatsoever. It's all about the dough, baby, and their dough was next level! It reminds me of a place in Baton Rouge growing up, called Fleur De Lis. They were Sicilian owned and had the best pizza. Just something about the dough. That yeasty, almost beer-battered aroma wafting from the dough. The sauce was good, toppings were good. I think I got mushroom, spinach and green peppers with the anchovies. I feel like it was literally the best topping option I could've possibly ordered. Thanks, Matt, for the great service and suggesting some local entertainment for me to check out. Also, thank you to the owners, who work tirelessly in the kitchen to cook everything with love. You can definitely tell when things are made with love! I will definitely be back while I'm in town. This place deserves all the stars, so this is my contribution. Also, $14 for beers and a pizza is amazing!!!! I almost did a double-take! Well done, guys!

Compared to so many industrial style breweries this one stands out and caught our eye again. With more time this trip to New York to see family we made the trip back over to try their beers. When we arrived the owners were the only ones here. We checked over their beer list and I first tried their Raspberry Haze while my wife grabbed their Blueberry Cobbler. I thought both were great brews. We had a fantastic time talking about beer and loads of other topics with the owners. You could tell they have a passion for creating craft beer and running their small business brewery! Also despite being opened for 9 years the inside is so nice and clean you'd think it was a recently opened spot. Because we are far from home we needed to try a couple more beers so I got their Latitude 18 (tropical wheat ale) and my wife got the Sinful Snap (spiced amber ale) and these two were fantastic as well. This is a spot worth making a trip for, not just for the delicious beers but also to meet the owners. A brewery we will make a trip to when we are back up in this area for sure!
