My dog is welcomed & we are greatful.

I love Tupper Lake, its where my hubby & I camp every year, altho covid changed some things, nor the fact that we've been coming here for years & have watched it grow. The food trucks are great, there's variety & something for everyone. The people working here are great, the people coming here are friendly, and the beer is hands down fantastic. This weekend I had a few pints of the red ale, but my absolute favorite is the Mango Wheat! So delicious. We munched on pizza from the truck, sat back&listened to whoever was jamming. It would be stupid to go anywhere else!

Second time trying this brewery. Ordered a cilantro strawberry beer and hummus from food truck. Literally got two small bags of Stacy pita chips and a small container of hummus. That was for here not to go.

This is one of my dad's favorite places to stop in Tupper lake! There is somewhat limited parking. They have a large outdoor space with a great atmosphere. You can bring your dog and everyone is always so friendly. There are multiple food trucks available with a variety of different foods. We always have a great time here and would recommend it to others.

Great service. Very nice brewery with really good beer and cider. Food from the food trucks was excellent. Can't wait to go back when it's cold and the giant fireplace is roaring!

Great beer and bloody Mary .Fred approved of the bloody Mary. More food trucks available during this stop. It's a must stop on your way to the mirror lake.

This review is based on a visit in September 2020 during covid. No food served, but there are two food trucks just by the parkinv lot. RRB also let you choose your snacks from a box of selections. Hiw thoughtful! I love their numerous seletion of drafts and 1911 ciders. The indoor space is very spacious. Between spaced our seating booths, there are plenty wall outlet to charge phones. The outdoor space is not only spacious, it also has rain fly and sun shades. The servers are attentive and friendly. What is not to love? We'll definitely be back for more fresh brewski.

    Construction expansion.

Fair prices; six dollar pints. They offer flights too for about the same price as elsewhere. They do something like a baker's dozen beers in-house. Pretty good beers too, though nothing crazy. My favorites were the vanilla porter and smoked red ale. They are expanding with a large construction project that looks to eventually be a winterized spot with tons of seating and for hosting musical acts. Two food trucks on site seem to be permanent, one pizza only and the other does burgers, fries, sammiches, etc. Prices at both seemed high, but they were busy. It's cool that a small town like Tupper Lake had a place like this. Check it out while breezing through.. Plenty of parking in a gravel lot available and they have free WiFi as well.

Two ladies with two fantastic beers!

Compared to so many industrial style breweries this one stands out and caught our eye again. With more time this trip to New York to see family we made the trip back over to try their beers. When we arrived the owners were the only ones here. We checked over their beer list and I first tried their Raspberry Haze while my wife grabbed their Blueberry Cobbler. I thought both were great brews. We had a fantastic time talking about beer and loads of other topics with the owners. You could tell they have a passion for creating craft beer and running their small business brewery! Also despite being opened for 9 years the inside is so nice and clean you'd think it was a recently opened spot. Because we are far from home we needed to try a couple more beers so I got their Latitude 18 (tropical wheat ale) and my wife got the Sinful Snap (spiced amber ale) and these two were fantastic as well. This is a spot worth making a trip for, not just for the delicious beers but also to meet the owners. A brewery we will make a trip to when we are back up in this area for sure!

Their new location in North Hudson is huge and wonderful. Coincidentally, I just realized after reading my previous review that we were here this time on their twelfth anniversary, July 26th. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, PB! Being in Schroon Lake for a memorial visit, it seemed reasonable to travel another twelve miles north to pay PB a visit before returning home. Their parking lot was almost full at 7:30 on a Saturday night. It was amusing to notice the car license plates from so many different states (Canada is still understandingly boycotting the US). There being a 20 to 30 minute wait for a table, we managed to snag two unreserved stools at the bar. I chose to request a Paradox Helles (German style pale lager) while my wife went with a Ginger Hibiscus Cider. Both were excellent. While my wife munched on a House Made Pretzel, I thoroughly enjoyed a Pulled Pork sandwich with a side of spicy coleslaw and potato chips. I dumped the coleslaw (which I didn't find spicy at all) on top of the pulled pork and really enjoyed the combined flavors, textures, and tenderness of the pork on the toasted brioche roll. It was messy but delicious. Their pizzas looked good as I saw them pass by. Next visit may need to be on a weekday when they are less likely to be so busy. Service was excellent considering how busy they were.

The place only takes up part of the main building. I was surprised when I walked in as to how small the place was. The interior was nicely decorated for the Adirondacks. With tables and chairs. The beer selection was limited to about 5. Mine was good. I did enjoy drinking outside but wished I would be looking out over the lake. There is no food available. I like to support businesses in the Adirondacks as it's difficult to keep busy/open for 12 months. I only wish I could see the lake I would have stayed all afternoon.
