Not only did the gal who helped me bring me other pairs and sizes jeans for me to try on, she did so with a kind heart and understanding beyond what I was deserving of. I had also purchased some new skis from a Faty-pus rep and I needed new bindings and for my skis to be filed off since they've never been used. Everything was done quickly and accurately. Great service and knowledge sales people. Went back to get some liners for my boots. They were having a HUGE President's Day sale. I would definitely recommend buying what you need during the sale. He was beyond accommodating and put me on a pair of stockli skis. I skied about half a day And broke my boot. Had to be transported back to the bottom via snowmobile. Garret set me up immediately and we were off to ski the rest of the day. I've worked in ski resorts and know how many employees get burned out or develop bad attitudes. Not with this establishment.
