Hayday is the best place to go for family friendly fun in Norman, Moore, and OKC area! The enriched atmosphere makes the environment feel welcome to individuals of all ages! The place is well managed; during my time there I was helped by a manager by the name of Igor. I took my employees out for a Christmas party here and we had a wonderful time. If you set it up ahead of time and send your graphic, they will put it up on your lane for all to see. Food is delicious and drinks are reasonable. We will do this again. read more

All i can say is there's no kids and mixed drinks upstairs!! OMD! Oh my Daddio!! I absolutely love doing the laser tag with unsuspecting kids and adults as I love to scream at the very top of my lungs while almost running directly at the enemy firing away where you actually see your shot go across the room and see the enemies vest light up flashing when they have been emotionally and mortally wounded by me!! I love it!! Just talking about it gets my blood going!! You've got to try it! There's lots to do, laser tag, laser maze where you have to gingerly step over and crawl under laser beams to make your way safely through the maze, outdoor great putt putt golf, bowling downstairs with kids or upstairs no kids and ADULT COCKTAILS!, rope course where you maneuver through an elevated climbing course where you are strapped in wearing a harness that won't allow you to fall, a bunch of fun ticket winning carnival rides where when you win 100,000 tickets YOU WIN A PENCIL HA HA (but the kids just love it) GREAT place to have a birthday party!! Great place for date night! Go on the week days if you can with a smaller crowd. Also bowling for lunch rocks. All types of food from pizza to steak! read more

The arcade is a tad bit limited and it's much more expensive than, say, Chuck E. Cheese's (you can play 150 games at CEC for the same price as about 15 games at HeyDay), but it's satisfying. The bowling experience is fun. Never been a fan of mini-golf, but I suppose it's good for people who are into that sort of stuff. Laser tag is fun (duh, it's laser tag). I have mixed feelings about the restaurant. On the bright side, the food is fantastic. On the other hand, it took over half an hour for us to get our food. It's a bit dysfunctional, I'll admit, but I do suppose it's worth it. I got a little bored at the arcade after about 30 minutes. There are a few quality games, like Mario Kart, but honestly, the arcade doesn't even begin to compare with Chuck E. Cheese's. read more

If you've visited before and are looking to experience the same atmosphere, prepare to be disappointed. The arcade style entertainment they built their name on is no longer their focus. The renovated facility offers a more upscale feel but with that comes the need to make reservations. Looking for last minute options to play games with your kids? This is not your place. Many of the same games as competing entertainment centers, twice the price and 1/4 of the reward. Left my kids confused and forced to select trash prizes. The staff was rude, refused to assist if it required they moved any part of their body and pressured us to make purchases at an automated kiosk. The machines no longer dispense tickets, which doesn't seem like a big deal until you spend $30 in 15 minutes and receive 165 tickets (we earned almost 1000 for the same price and spent 2 hours having fun at their competition across the street the week before). My kids didn't experience the satisfaction of cashing in tickets and were driven to question the accuracy of Hey Day's new technology when they earned far less than ever before. It was awful. So awful that my husband and I have vowed to never return even with our adult friends. Hey Day's business model has changed and when we seemed disappointed no one cared. They may cater to adults and teenagers now but in the years to come my 9 year old will associate HeyDay with the disappointment of what their "improvements" gave him. I would have paid more than what we spent this weekend to prevent him from experiencing that. Drunk adults and entitled teenagers is clearly the HeyDay target demographic. read more

On Saturday April 30th a group of friends and family had planned to celebrate a birthday. We called ahead and made a reservation for two hours of bowling on two lanes. There was a deposit that was paid over the phone as well. When we arrived we checked in and again verified two hours of bowling on the lanes we reserved. Everything was going great, the waitress was quick and efficient and the food was good. Suddenly our lanes began to flash that we only had ten minutes remaining and the waitress was handing out checks. Confused we told the waitress we weren't leaving yet. All of us were going to bowl and then play lazer tag. She said that we had two hours of bowling reserved but because we had two lanes, it was one hour on each lane. She also said that all we had to do was go to the desk and they could extend our time. The manager on duty would not extend our time because there was a wait. We were kicked off our lanes. No staff member, manager or otherwise, attempted to help us in anyway. Our group of about 20 people instead ended up leaving HeyDey after about an hour. They did not try to keep our business and made excuses about the miscommunication being our fault. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they completely ruined our night. HeyDey lost out on all the money we would have spent in the establishment that night or any future night. read more
