We went bowling here and didn't eat or have drinks. The bowling was $35/by the hour. The pricing really affected my rating. Probably would go to bowlero next time if they weren't closed. Ambiance is nice. Great for a date spot with plenty of activities to do besides bowling. They have pool, a huge arcade, ropes course, laser tag, and a new escape room! I've been here a couple of times and each time I leave wondering why I agreed to be here. Over priced bowling with huge wait times, games that take your credits and give you zero game play, a couple of games have screws that are coming out, and over priced sub par food. Was the atmosphere okay? I suppose The visual was good but the air conditioning was on so high I felt like I was still outside. Overall disappointing and as we all know, it's three strikes and you're out. I will not be back. Despite the numerous one and two star reviews management her continues to do what they will. Will not likely be going back as I spent almost $200 and was SO INCREDIBLY UNSATISFIED Where to begin... well. Don't bother making a reservation. You'll wait just as long to be just as inconvenienced and just as ignored. Paid for bowling and billiards online and the staff had never heard you could book billiards online. They demanded my confirmation email then brushed me off as if I was more of an annoyance than a customer. We got food. Good gosh talk about underwhelming and overpriced.... The portions are a joke. The plate wasn't even full. The chicken sandwiches are small and the fry portion I'm not even joking was less than a medium at a fast food joint. I got the burger in a bowl because it sounded good. It's literally a bowl of lettuce with ranch and two burger patties laying on top. Not cut up not anything. Literally a salad with a patty. For $15. Outrageous. My husband ordered the pizza and we asked for light sauce. Came out heavy had to re order it. THEN comes paying for our meal. We asked to add on game cards and to redeem the one you get when you order a chicken sandwich and the waitress didn't even know how to begin doing so. She said she would have to re ring up the entire meal and she didn't feel like doing the extra work. She had to enlist a manager to help her which luckily was kind. Game play was also underwhelming. Some of the machines were broken but functional enough to take your money and not power on. This happened two separate occasions. No signage or any indication the item was not working. Great place to have fun with kids! We've been several times while visiting family - 4 kids total. Laser tag is really fun and the guns work better than other laser tag places we've played. Tons of arcade games to choose from, though it's really unclear how many tickets you earn with each game, so when you go to the ticket store to redeem them it's a total surprise how many you have (and it takes a lot to buy anything). The Star Wars virtual reality game is cool, but really needs to be taped off because people playing it can easily accidentally hit others around them (this happened with us). They also have a full restaurant, pool tables, bowling, and a new escape room! read more

This place is the New Dave and busters! They have everything from bowling to laser tag to a huge open bar and restaurant when you walk in. They even have several escape rooms which I believe are new. The arcade is HUUGE! And for $25 I believe you get 140 game credits on their game pass and each game doesn't take that many credits and they are legit games. Plus the credits never expire so awesome! Definitely make a trip here y'all and if you do, do it when the first open if you can cause it gets packed !! read more

Took a client here for his birthday! We had a small party and the server was perfect! Oh, let me start over. I came the day before to scope out the place in the daylight..lol The gentleman upfront the greeter, I guess, was friendly enough it just didn't seem relevant for him to be the first face you saw. Customer service is a short distance and literally they respond to questions and take payments. The place was nice and open and absolutely "zero" empty at 12 o clock on a Tuesday. I got gift cards and received $10 reward cards to use on next visit. I returned with client in tow and he was excited to bowl, eat and play arcade games. This is exactly what we did. The server was patient, kind and timely with food. The food was expensive (to me) but hot and good. The shirley temple was a hit at our table. We bowled and ate it was simply a good time. I wish I knew the servers name, the lady was on point. Instead of my normal 20% tip I gave her a 25% tip. She was absolutely a gem! The manager checked on us twice and although it wasn't busy the crowd had picked up. I always appreciate people that appreciate me spending my money and time. I will be back with friends, I think I see a new date night spot! read more

This place sucks. I hated my most recent experience so much that I started writing this review on my phone while I was inside. It's like Vegas (not a compliment) but worse, because you don't even get a chance to win actual money, just dollar store toys that probably won't last the car ride home. Everything is overpriced. Half the arcade games don't work properly. For example, on the Pac-Man game, the down control doesn't work. So you just end up moving left and right at the top of the screen until a Ghost kills you. You know how frustrating it is watching Pac-Man just move back and forth while waiting for his imminent death? That's just one game. I could list another five that took the credit off my game card, but then didn't work properly, or didn't work at all. Then you have to decide if it's worth your time to chase down an employee to try and get said wasted credit back. And in every case, I just gritted my teeth in frustration, because did I really want to add another layer of complication that resulted in me being trapped even longer in this overstimulated form of parental purgatory? Also, the sheer amount of people allowed in there at one time feels like a borderline fire hazard, so that just helps to brings it one step closer from purgatory to outright hell. There's very little that's redeemable about this place. Other than the low quality drop-shipped toys that you can redeem after you waste a couple hours, I guess... For children, there are better arcade options that will be more enjoyable for you and for them. For adults, go to Top Golf or something. I'm a gamer, and yet I hated my entire gaming experience here. The only reason I'll be back is to use up the game credits I have left over (for which I paid way too much money). Can I use it on food? I've worked retail, food, sales and more. Never would how Alexis acted roll in ANY of my jobs. Alexis then proceeded to walk away right after and go to all of the waitresses. I did get hour of free game play passes.But those passes was not regular game play passes .You could not get any tickets on the game play passes and it did lot cover all of their games .The passes only covered the "rainbow games" as they do callled it.And again the passes was only good for 1 hour of play. The bar staff is rude. They take forever To come to your table to the point you just walk to the bar. Then you have to wait ANOTHER 15 min for someone to come to you. I asked the bartender if we were suppose to have waiters and she said yes. I told her that we haven't been greeted and she told me to go to the hostess. Our waitress Megan was nice but it took forever for anyone to come. All of the available tables were dirty. We had to ask the hostess to clean it off. I'm very disappointed of the bar service. A few years ago, I left a 2 star review after a disappointing visit. I'm updating the review after a recent birthday party. We booked the Teen all access package. They had bowling for almost an hour, a buffet that was out for 20 minutes of the hour, but they filled up on the chicken, sliders, fries, and donut holes. The food was quite good, it exceeded our expectations. The teens enjoyed the 2 hours of games after the bowling. The party host was Karrington and she made sure everything was running smoothly. We came here for my daughter's birthday with a party of 6 people. The parking was great and we were able to get a parking spot right by the front door. On the front doors it states that masks are required First we headed to get some food and easily found two empty booths. We ordered the food off of a printed copy of the menu. It took about 5 minutes for a waitress to come by then about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. It was a bit pricey at around $90.00 for the six of us but it was also delicious and very filling. Next, we went to the refillable card game station and purchased 2-$100.00 cards to play games. The laser tag $48.88 for 5 people to play. We chose not to bowl, play pool or do anything else..but the arcades and photo booth was where we spent most of our time. The games were so much fun and though we arrived at about 7:30pm, 11:30 came in in no time at all. Our last stop before leaving was to the award center to see how many credits we won off our cards. All together we won a total of 1,773 points for prizes. We all agreed that the birthday girl could choose what she wanted. She picked out 3 prizes and let her nieces pick something out too. We recently booked a party for my son here and it wasn't a great experience. Our party time was late to start because they forgot to add us to the schedule. Our food was over an hour late because of this issues as well. No one would actually admit that this happened and take any sort of accountability initially but at the end they finally did. By the time we got the food it was terrible. We spent $346 on a "teen party" and at the very minimum I would have liked an apology for forgetting about us but management was rude as well. read more

Never really had great service here. Tonight it was packed I will admit that. However, I was stunned that we sat at a table for more than five minutes before we even saw a serve walk by. Then after a few more minutes my friends and I thought maybe they haven't notice new people have sat down so I raised my hand. After another 5 minutes bar seats opened up and we moved there. At the back of the bar 6 workers were standing around looking upwards. I said to my friend something on TV must be really important. Guess I should have looked up sooner. It was the final to the Thunder and Houston game. Still took a while before a bartender even greeted us. But that was after one bartender help the guys standing behind us. Also the bathroom was out of toilet paper in multiple stalls and paper towels. And- there were two children sitting on the floor right outside the entrance to the bathroom with the phone plugged into the wall playing on them. This place must be a night time sitter for families. Oh and while writing this review another group sat at the same table we were at. Maybe that's just a table that frequently gets ignored or maybe they are short handed today or maybe they just aren't attentive...... They also closed 2.5 hours early which would have been great if it was posted online since we planned my friends birthday party here. I'd recommend Hey Day for future events. read more

The service: 4 We went to Main Event for a friend's birthday last night. We sat in the bar area. I am thankful for friends and other people sitting at the bar for having someone to talk to while we waited 20 minutes to order food and drinks - multiple times. I don't know if they were short staffed or inexperienced, but the service was just awful. I watched a guy's nachos come out and sit on the back bar for a good ten minutes. If I hadn't mentioned it to him, he'd have bitten into a cold, soggy chip. On the upside, the servers were at least pleasant when they did finally pay attention to customers. Bowling and Laser Tag: 9 They provide an ample amount of bowling balls in different weights and finger sizes, which is really nice. I have my own equipment, but I didn't bring it. The lanes were decent and the screens to set up your bowlers seemed straight forward and simple for nearly anyone. I'd never seen the ball speed show up before. They also provide cute little dinosaurs for kids to control their balls down the lane. I had never played laser tag before. It was a lot of fun! You only play for about ten minutes at a time, but you get your adrenaline pumping and have a ton of fun without the worry of getting hurt like you do with paintball. I would definitely play again and recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it. Overall, it was a fun place to visit, but their service is seriously lacking. read more

BE CAREFUL and always check your receipts when ordering food (explained below) This was not our first visit. The first four games in a row we tried to play were all broken. There was no indication that they were broken, and we would swipe our cards and it would take our money but not actually start. Another customer warned us to be careful with anything finite as they're scams, but we thought they meant house always wins type of thing, not that you don't get what you pay for. They would refund us at the winners circle, but we had to wait in a long line after each broken game and even after bringing this to their attention they did not disable the games and we watched multiple people run into the same issue. After our fifth refund, we gave up on the arcade and decided to go bowling instead However, there was an incident with the server that completely ruined the night for us We ordered an appetizer for the group. I will preface this with a note that prior to paying the bill, the service was fine. Not something to write home about. Before we even received the order, the server asked us if we wanted anything else and then asked if we were willing to close out our tab since things were dying down. We said that was fine, he told us our total and ran our card. We thought the total amount seemed a little high compared to the price on the menu and we were not prompted to tip which is odd in a restaurant setting, so we requested our receipt. We had to ask for the receipt multiple times, and the server started to get rude at this point. He did eventually bring us our receipt. We were wondering why it was taking as long as it was considering there weren't that many customers that late at night. Once we got the receipt, we reviewed the charges. Everything looked correct, however, there was a charge for a tip. We were never prompted to tip, so we thought it was a little odd that there would be a charge. We checked the menu to see if there was an automatic gratuity added. The manager was nearby, who we have become familiar with due to our previous issues with the arcade, so we asked if gratuity was automatically added. It wasn't. When we told the manager that we were not prompted to tip, yet there was a tip on our receipt, she seemed a little surprised. She asked if we had signed the tablet and what button we pressed for the tip percentage. Lo-and-behold, the server did not show us the tablet or give us a receipt because he took it upon himself to tip 20%, then verbally tell us the total with the tip and run the card. This was done without our knowledge or approval. After discussing this with the manager, she said she would talk to the server. A few minutes later, he came and rudely slapped the tip money (less the 6 cents in change) on the table. I understand that most servers are paid well below the minimum wage, and it wasn't a large check. However, in these cases I always tip well over 20%, and had this situation not occurred, this night would have been no different. I went back to the manager and explained to her that this NEVER should have happened, and had he not tried to take money without our consent, he would have made a larger tip. The manager asked me AGAIN if I had received the tablet, which I feel was beating a dead horse, but I repeated that we didn't receive the tablet, sign for the check, or authorize a tip. I am unsure why she needed to ask me again (maybe check the cameras). Throughout the hour we were there bowling, we didn't see the server hand the tablet to any of the other customers around us, so I'm sure this happened to multiple people. Between the broken arcade and the bowling incident, this is by far the worst experience I've had here, or at any arcade for that matter. After this last visit, we will never be coming back. I have NEVER had any server try to steal money from me. This was very upsetting. Always ask for the receipt. I'm sure we are not the first this has happened to, and won't be the last. I hope this helps someone not to get taken advantage of, we definitely felt like we were. read more

Half the games I tried to play were busted. Nothing is well maintained. The couches all have rips and tears on the covers. Bowling has a time limit and does not go by frames! Some of ski ball lanes are torn up, and one time it gave me 2 balls. The air hockey game quit taking score when it was only 3-4, and the puck wouldn't come out sometimes and a worker had to unscrew the end to get it out. One of the hoop shoot games didn't give me any balls. Everything seemed to have an issue or was broken! Very disappointing. read more
