My wife and I stumbled in here about 12 years ago on vacation for an anniversary and we had a great time. We are from Wichita so not local. This year I wanted to do something different/nostalgic for our anniversary so I wanted to take her back here. I emailed about reservations, asked a bunch of questions, etc. and the owner/management could not have been more accommodating! They were very patient, answered everything, and the night went smoothly. The atmosphere was great, music was great, and bar service was top notch! It was non stop music and lot of crowd participation they had 3 different piano players, 1 drummer (but each piano player could play also to give him a break) and even a fiddle player songs were awesome and good variety. Ordered a double vodka cranberry as my first drink, didn't pay attention to them pouring it. It was straight cranberry juice, no discernible alcohol present. Went to another bar inside the same location and ordered a Long Island. Tasted like lemon juice and Coca-Cola...didn't pour 5 separate shots just appeared to come out as pre blend from the hose....Apparently they pour watered down liquor here. 2nd time I've come across this in Oklahoma...we don't do this in Seattle. Charged for reservations showed up to find the place completely empty on a Friday. Plus on top of the reservation charge there was a 10$ cover. Music was awful and poor atmosphere. Only saw our waitress once to get drinks in about 45 minutes and had to wave her down to get my Check. Maybe it would be good if you are 50+ and love old music that's out of date. If you're looking to have fun and party this is not the place. Oh my gosh! This was the most fun I've had in a long time! Several people take turns on the pianos and drums. They take requests from the audience range anywhere from Tony Bennett to Sir Mix-A-Lot. We were so impressed with the fact that these people to pull a song out of their hats like that and play it and sing it. It was amazing and we had an absolute blast! We ordered the 80 ounce bucket to drinkAnd finished it off without even catching a buzz so I don't think there was much alcohol in it at all. ABSOLUTE TRASH, and if you're the manager reading this, I am a military member, who was let in for "free" but thrown out by your staff because I didn't have a stamp on my hand- which made me feel like an embarrassed sack of shit considering I was never given a stamp when I walked in. I guess when the place is ran by old, bald, low self esteem, power ridden assholes, the lower the bare minimum is to be expected. Please don't waste your time coming here, YOU ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO DANCE A CERTAIN WAY. So if you're the manager of the place, I would love an explanation as to why I was kicked out for not having a stamp on my hand that was never offered to me. Great entertainment, but not without flaws. The dueling piano players are very talented. From being able to think on the fly to play/sing creative versions of widely different songs, to getting the audience involved and having a great sense of humor. Sometimes their antics included heckling the crowd, but it was all in good fun. I have no complaints about their performance abilities. The drinks and cost are where things are less than enjoyable. I ordered three "double" gin and tonics, but barely felt a buzz after the third drink. There is no way those $14 drinks were worth it, considering two of the three doubles tasted like singles. (Not to mention the glasses were small too - about 8 oz.) For $50, I can basically buy a large bottle of top shelf gin. The other drinks served to our party ranged from weak to average, but the overall lack of alcohol precludes a higher rating of this place. Service was decent. Friendly, but somewhat erratic and slow at times, while other times the servers were very attentive. In summary, the dueling piano acts are great, but expect to pay a hefty price for relatively weak drinks. read more

Update: July 2019, new location just a few buildings down across from the bridge. I like this location better, security door man was polite, respectful and way friendlier than the ones who use to work the door years ago, thanks for that. The staff was polite and prompt and we spoke to the manager for awhile and she was sincere and welcoming. This has the the main area with the pianos are which is packed, loud and entertaining. Also has a karaoke room on backside, which we enjoyed tremendously, loads of fun hearing others signing (at times, lol) and the pack patio porch is wonderful addition, relaxing. My only complaints is the prices of the beer on the cards on the tables, it's actually almost $1.50 more (like triple tax) for two beers than what's advertised but I did address this issue to the management. wish they had a flat rate of $4-5 per imports. Overall a better experience. Very kewl and neat atmosphere. Good drinks at fair prices. Would like to state not a true dueling piano bar as other establishments I've been too. (Meaning you the customer duals others on pianos across from each other, winner stays and next person tries) now that's piano battling Love they honor our veterans and military with no cover. It's not a PG show as they can get raunchy with the lyrics, especially when they bring birthday people up on stage so know that before you bring grandma. They charge $25 to reserve a table which seems like a rip off but you run risk of not having a table or having one in the back with people standing all around you. We went last weekend for a rare date night out ( 5 kids!). The musicians were great....Justin I believe was the main guy who was phenomenal. However, after putting in our requests (with tips) they still didn't get played....right before leaving I even went up to the bartender to find out what his favorite drink was as sort of "bribe" to get him to play my hubby's favorite song...to which I was told thank you but still didn't get played before we left. Honestly, he was a great musician but buying a $45 bucket of margaritas that tasted like pure sugar (payed for an additional 2 shots to be added which made no difference...) pretty much sealed the deal. Neat environment, non-smoking....not customer or wallet friendly. Great people watching, but if you are going with the intent on hearing YOUR song requests or even getting a little tipsy....this is not the right place to go. read more

The musicians are talented beyond belief...from Lady Ga Ga to George Strait...songs are played by request, so no planned play list here. I paid $5 per request. Any Military ID gets you in free, otherwise $10 cover. Call ahead for reservations if a large group. We were a group of female veterans...they played "God Bless the USA" and invited us all up to the stage...people cried...we felt so honored...Thank you Murphy's Team. Drinks are the same price as other bars...stick with bottled beer or wine...mixed drinks are sort of weak. I came here recently for a night out with a few friends, plus had been a handful of other times in the past. The atmosphere has always been lively and fun. The musicians are very talented and are great at getting the crowd involved in singing, dancing, or clapping along. The crowd is mostly adults aged 30 and over, with some younger people. The music is a nice mix of current popular songs from all genres, so there's something for everyone as far as the music selection goes. The venue is more appropriate for enjoying the entertainment or bringing a friend group, as the individual table setup is not optimal for meeting new people. You can call in advance to reserve a table, otherwise there is a small amount of standing room near the back or you can wait for another group to leave. The cover charge has been either $10 or $15 each time that I have went, which was always on a weekend. The musicians also have tip buckets. The drinks are about $6-$12 each. To have a song immediately played, one should expect to tip at least $20 with the request. I usually expect to spend about $40-$60 for myself when I come here, including tips. What kept me from leaving four stars was the drinks- they were very weak, with the exception of the last drink I had which was considerably stronger. I would recommend sticking to beer or wine, as the well drinks were not consistent pours. read more
