Mimi took AMAZING care of me. She was so thorough in asking me about my current skincare regimen (or lack there of) and explained every step of the GLO2 facial. I came in with an open mind hoping for the guidance of an esthetician for the enhancements that came with the Cleansea facial. Mimi recommended the LED Light Therapy. After the appointment, the same woman in the front was checking us out and i mentioned we had gift cards we wanted to use for our services and wanted to also make sure the promotion was applied. She said ok and that she would send me the receipt. Nervous to leave, we lingered to wait for the receipt but she continued to say she would send it. On my way home i received a call saying she needed my credit card information so i gave it to her over the phone. I checked my email and saw my receipt. I was charged nearly double what we should've paid. I called back and she said that we cannot use gift cards on massages that have the discount. MIND YOU, she called and also never stated this knowing we had already spoken regarding the promotion. I called again after rereading the promotion i received and there is no word or statement saying i couldn't use a gift card for part of my payment. I have never even heard of this concept especially that a gift card is still a form of payment. She said i could talk with management and she'll give them my info. At this point i dont even know what to believe. I'm in so much disbelief at my experience. I truly love everything else and the massage therapists are amazing but my experience with the front has been a nightmare and i can't keep coming knowing it's like this every time which leaves me torn.
