After the quick procedure, I checked out with the lady at the front desk and I asked her what happened to cause me to wait so long and she said "sorry about that" and that I wasn't checked in. Really? Why does this place even have a kiosk? This was my second time here. My first time was a lot better, with friendlier staff and a much more efficient experience. This second visit was weird. Painfully long wait and not very friendly front staff, like they were just herding people in and out like sheep.

M-29- Rosacea and Acne Met with Montana for broad band light session it was my first ever. The office is super clean and the front desk woman (didn't catch her name) is great. She rescheduled a couple times for me due to me being in the sun and was super accommodating. She was able to get me in earlier and when I sat down had water for me and walked me through the process. Montana is amazing and will be going back to see her for more treatments. She knows a lot about each product and is super personable. Overall really enjoyed the experience and prices are really fair and they have newer machines. So the trade off is usually you pay less but get a machine that is 10 years old.
