I have had two great experiences here! The space is clean and very organized. Everyone is very kind and I have never felt rushed during my time here. There are a lot of services offered, but I have only had glow facials. Each time is relaxing and peaceful, despite extractions and my acne. I always leave more confident and glowy which keeps me coming back. The estheticians were chatty if I started conversation, but also they were okay with the silence. Nice calming music is in the background, the bed is heated, and the blanket is light. I really enjoy that they use a lot of fragrance free options since I have sensitive skin.
