I'm so happy this finally opened! I really like heytea's ordering system where you can just order on the app and they will notify you when it's ready for pickup. I saw a huge line out the door and was surprised it seems a lot of people aren't aware/don't utilize this (I even saw people browsing the menu on the app while in line and not placing the order...). We tried the new Yingde cheese tea thing with the cheese mochi on the bottom, both the cold and warm versions. I liked both, but I think I do prefer the cold one so the cheese mochi thing does not melt/have its texture compromised a bit. I think as I'm getting older, I do prefer the regular teas more and not the fancy ones with added toppings. I have tried Heytea's jasmine tea before and it was delicious. The plain yingde tea seems like it would be a really good option--it is a rich but mellow black tea. Something fun that you can do is customize a sticker for your order in the app! It may take a day or more for whatever you draw to be approved, so just keep that in mind.

I have been waiting for HeyTea to open at the Natick Mall! They opened a few weeks ago now and after 2 big snow storms, we were finally able to make it. We did some shopping at the mall today & I figured I try my luck today with placing an order through the app. Sometimes app ordering doesn't work, especially if it's super busy in store. Luckily, not too busy today & I was able to place an order! Roughly 14 min wait & 21 drinks ahead of us... not too bad compared to the times we've waiting for drinks from other HeyTea locations (I'm slightly embarrassed to admit we've waited 2hrs before LOL). Anyways, we ordered our favorite drink: MANGO COCONUT BOOM! Highly recommend this drink to anyone who likes mango pomelo sago, they also have a version with pomelo if you like the tartness from pomelo. The best drink ever! I will never get tired of it. Pick up was easy + simple. We walked up to the counter & showed the staff our order #. So happy we have a HeyTea outside of the city now ;) This chain has phenomenal fruit drinks, I can't recommend them enough. All of their locations make drinks with machines only, which the machines measure out every single ingredient to ensure that every drink tastes how it's supposed to!

So excited Hey Tea is open! I love that they use fresh milk and natural ingredients. Their brown sugar boba is so good! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is small but has comfortable seating and a few tables, Straws and drink sleeves out to help yourself. Excited for delicious boba close by!

Located across from Apple in the lux wing of the Natick mall, Heytea is crushing the other bubble tea stops in the area. Very tasty innovative drinks with real milk and real tea. There is a lot of variety here, good options for if you like boba, matcha, fruity drinks. Cheese foam topping is delicious. The default sweet level is great, and I liked every drink I've tried so far. One area that they could improve upon is packing and handing out the completed drinks. The last time I was there, there were like twenty or more drinks all completed but sitting on the counter. I had to prompt the person there to give us our three completed drinks that's been sitting there for a while. Worth the wait though! Very small seating area, but looks nice. More of a grab and go place. Plenty of seating right outside in main mall area

I like the high ceiling but although the cafe looks pretty big, seatings inside seem limited. The tables were really small and close to each other. I ordered - Braised Short Rib & Eggplant Couscous Bowl - Maple Aleppo Chicken - Iced and hot Black Sesame Latte There is self served water and you pick up your own utensils. They also bring you your drinks as well as your food order. The short rib size was a bit small but ok value for $20. It tasted pretty good. I like the eggplants as well. Adding fresh pomegranate on top of it. Gave it refreshing touch. We were also visiting the area so I bought a souvenir mug. There was so no price $ on the rack and it was a bit expensive $25. At least I didn't need to pay for parking. The sesame latte is a seasonal drink. It was pretty good! We liked it.

Great ambiance - sophisticated, classy, fancy yet casual decor and vibe. They had some menus on a little table when you first walked in, in front of the pastry display. Lots of pastries consisting of a variety of muffins, breads, sweets, etc. The menu was pretty big, filled with breakfast and lunch items, and a selection of beverages. It is an order at the register/counter type spot, so you can easily order for there or to go. The staff working were friendly and had quick turnaround times. There was also a fancy coffee station where they made the fancy espressos, cappuccinos, etc. There were various seating options - it was crowded when we went so it was kind of hard to find a spot, but we managed. We ordered small and got a muffin and lemon poppyseed bread slice and two cold brew coffees. We technically ordered for there so they served them on sturdy plates. For your cold brews and regular coffees, they had a coffee-condiment station - ie creamers, oat milk, sugars, etc. plus silverware, napkins, etc. and the cleanup bins for when you are done with you meals. The muffin and bread were delicious - the poppyseed had a nice lemon glaze! I would definitely consider going back to try some other bakery items and something from the kitchen. It had a nice, upscale but casual vibe and seems like a hot spot place for the area.

Licks. Living in Connecticut, I was unfamiliar with J.P. Licks. I found out it's a Massachusetts ice cream chain with locations in Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, Wellesley, Andover, Lynnfield, and Dedham. When you walk into their colorful store, you'll see the big menu board highlighting their frozen treats - Ice Cream & Hard Yogurt Flavors, Soft & Tart Yogurt Flavors, Frappes, Smoothies, Dairy Free Drinks, Toppings, Sundaes, Splits, and more. We saw ice cream cakes and pies, ice cream sandwiches, cupcakes and so much more. They even have a coffee bar with hot breakfast & snacks like oatmeal, waffles, croissant and egg sandwiches, etc. I went into their Feature Flavors menu and was delighted to find a personal favorite - Orange Chocolate Chip "Creamy orange ice cream with soft, dark chocolate chips". It was outstanding. My wife went with a dish of Coconut Almond Chip - "Ultra coconut creamy ice cream with sweet, shredded coconut, roasted salted almonds, and semisweet chocolate chips in this chewy-crunchy textural delight". I sampled it and enjoyed it more than mine! Small cups ran over $5 apiece, so be forewarned. The young crew working at J.P. Licks was friendly and fun to chat with. We took one of their tables at the front of the store and the six of us enjoyed our excellent ice cream.
