There was a different technician and she gave me a very standard facial. No lights. No peeling and done within a hour not like the first visit a 2 hour facial. This place is not legitimate. Upon arrival, Idan popped out of one of the treatment rooms & it was almost as if I was meeting a celebrity...he was just so welcoming & personable! We chatted briefly & Idan said I'd be helped shortly. In the blink of an eye, Fabian appeared in a sophisticated ensemble & whisked me to the treatment room where he would be my esthetician. The ambience was very inviting & comfortable; Fabian thoroughly evaluated my skin, actively listened & addressed my concerns plus (unlike some others in the past) explained what he'd be doing before each step. While I'm very familiar with HydraFacials & often choose ones with similar additional treatments (including manual extractions, red light therapy, etc.), it's very much appreciated when I'm informed about what products will be applied to my face. That way, I have a good idea of what to expect & can opt out BEFORE they're applied if I so choose (that wasn't the case here). After the HydraFacial, Fabian applied a cooling face mask & a very relaxing weighted eye mask that would've sent me to slumber town if it weren't for the incredible neck & arm massage! It was evident how he's not only highly skilled in his craft but takes immense pride in his work. And at this point, I can't decide which was better--the facial or the massage--so I'll just have to return to make my determination.

Due to a scheduling mistake on their end, an incorrect appointment was made, which resulted in a $142 charge that we strongly believe is not justified. We reached out in good faith to resolve the issue, but it was not handled appropriately. What made the situation worse was the interaction with the manager, Tanya. Instead of helping resolve the problem professionally, the conversation became unproductive and felt disrespectful. We did not feel heard or taken seriously as clients. Additionally, my fiancé's previous review about this experience was removed, which is very concerning. Because of that, I am sharing this experience again. This situation raises serious concerns about both customer service and transparency. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle client concerns in the future.
