The owners name is Bob and he will make sure you're taken care of. Anything from a small system to dock your iPhone to, or a giant system for your great room, Bob will get it for you. I'm pretty sure this is the only true hi fi shop left in the greater Rochester area. I'd recommend calling Bob and making an appointment. That way you can have one on one time with him without having to deal with other people in the shop. They have everything from concert tees, albums (vinyls, cassettes, cds), guitars, pedals, etc Some stuff you see in there just isn't preserved correctly though which is really sad... some stuff has been sitting in sun light so long and is so faded its heart breaking. They could definitely go through a lot of stuff to make some space in the clutter. I know that's part of the charm but it really makes it look like shit in there.
