But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

Love, love, love!!! Recently I had considered switching to a local water company simply because they were a couple of dollars cheaper. I tried their RO purified water, thinking it would be the same and the switch would be easy. Boy, was I wrong! It tasted like basic spring water vs. the pleasant crystal clear flavor of TBWCo's premium purified. No joke, the flavor of their water is why I stay. It's simply the best tasting purified water I've found - it's a pleasure to drink!!! Especially considering I drink it all day every day. Since the initial wave of delivery issues some 10 years ago, I have never had issues since. I've moved multiple times. They're in my phone, we text weekly to confirm delivery. His experience, he was a cabinet installer. He caused a leak that damaged the wall in the garage causing water damage needing Sheetrock repair and paint. To date, they have not sent anyone to execute this repair. The installer did not have all the necessary parts to install and had to run to Home Depot several times for plumbing parts. The owner/salesman Frank is less than honest. Doesn't keep his word and doesn't follow through. In essence, a liar. They push a lifetime warranty and 90 day money back guarantee. You will need it. In my opinion, I would not use or recommend this company. I will be calling Better business and states attorney general to log formal complaints if 100% refund is not provided within 24 hours of this post. I will also dispute with my credit card company.

Purified water is .35 cents for a gallon. The alkaline water here tastes just as good as other places too. CASH ONLY! This place is usually busy every time I pass by. Only a few parking spots on the premise but opens up quickly. The Cambodian owners are really nice.
