Avoid Alpine Fresh USA. This company does not value new business. I called at 9:00 AM to start water delivery service for our City Hall in Orange County. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, the rep who finally answered sounded bored and disinterested. When I explained this would be a two-month trial during construction, with the potential for ongoing service, she told me she wasn't sure she even wanted our business and would "have to check with her manager." That was all I needed to hear. I hung up, called Phresh Waters instead, and they immediately scheduled a delivery without hesitation. That's what real service looks like. We left Sparkletts after many years because since their merger last year the delivery service was terrible with NO customer service support and they never answered their phone. We were out of water for weeks. Alpinefresh/Hector came to our rescue! Darryl made a special delivery of several bottles just for us only days after we scheduled for regular delivery. Darryl was polite and shared how happy he was to be working for a quality company after years of delivering for Sparkletts and enduring ever worsening work conditions there. I don't think any of these reviews are from real clients. I just tried to get service from this water service company and already had a miscommunication, TWICE. I signed up a project to get water service here via yelp and decided to go with alpine fresh. I was given a number to call so I did. After the call I was told to send my personal information via text. I did that and didn't hear anything back for 24 hours. Next day I decided msg them again on yelp, this time I was told to EMAIL them my info now.. which I did. Got a call back from the same number I called the day before and msged my information to tell on me I wouldn't be able to get any water till MONDAY. I do not recommend this place at all. I feel like it needs better management and definitely better customer service read more

Our company has just switched over to Alpine Fresh and we couldn't be happier! Excellent customer service- They have been very understanding and accommodating with us and our orders- They deliver every three weeks so we have been adjusting the number of bottles needed- I called today because we have already ran out and the driver " Jimmy" stopped by even though we weren't scheduled for two more days and dropped off water early for us! NOT dependable, and a bit dishonest about their failures. I had this service for 4 months, and each month I had to call and request my water delivery AGAIN because the driver skipped me. There were many excuses, and attempts to "make it up", only to be forgotten or disregarded the next month. I just want water, any day for delivery is fine, I'm not being demanding or picky. I am looking for a dependable water delivery service, not a bunch of flakey losers. read more

Tremendous operation. Has two full sized bottles. So clean. So organized. All routes are organized and computerized. I run a Bittled company up in riverside and sb counties and Hectors operation in OC is where we refer people when they call us and want OC references. His water is so good that he bottles thousands of bottles a week for OTHER bottled water companies. And they go sell it. So. Organization? Quality? Good guy running the show? If I could award this water delivery service a quarter of a star I would. Even that's too much. Their delivery of water to your home is anything BUT dependable. Sad to say, but, this is the company that bought out and took over Yosemite Water. Never had one problem with Yosemite until this outfit took over. This company was so undependable we discontinued the service. When you are used to water being delivered on the day that is scheduled and that aspect quits happening, along with very lame excuses repeatedly, time to terminate service. One of the excuses which was left on a voice mail was "Due to the water (it was raining that day)I cannot come with the water. How about Friday or another day?". Awesome! Why do I have to chase around the water delivery person? Another time the delivery person just didn't show up, after a couple days go by I called and the call gets forwarded to someone who is obviously not in an office but they tell me "Oh Yeah they couldn't come that day they had to go to court". Don't call and let a customer know there won't be a delivery made on their scheduled day. Dont tell them when they can expect the next delivery. Don't ask if they are running low on water. And definitely Do Not send anyone else to do the delivery. These are just a few of the screwed up deliveries. As far as billing.........good luck to everyone who hung in there with this company after the acquisition of Yosemite. After over a year they send me a statement that all of a sudden I owe them money. Previously to this mailed statement I see a computer print out that was signed by the old unreliable delivery person's signature which he threw in through an open door of my home. By the way, that amount which was highlighted is not the same as the mailed statement. Imagine that?????? Plus, their water is nothing special. Do some research of you are considering this joke of an outfit to deliver your water. Maybe it will get delivered, and maybe Not! Probably NOT! read more

So disappointed with our home water delivery service! Half the time the paper receipts they leave with the bottles never make it to us. We have asked for a paper bill because there have been errors on both sides. One week we have credit, the next 2 weeks we are over due. I've asked several times in last month to have bill emailed to me, to no avail. I called Wed to see when delivery was supposed to be because we had been out of water for a while. They said it'll be there tomorrow (Thur) Called late Friday (4;50) and no one answered, and no delivery happened.) Today is Monday, I've left a message & have not heard back. I request THREE 5 gallon bottles dropped off each delivery. I rarely get 3. So EVERY time I get a delivery, I tell my delivery man, as well as Freddie in the office to please have 3 5 gallons as my normal delivery. "So from now on you want 3?" No, I've ALWAYS asked for 3, always. Last rounds delivery (well over 2 weeks ago) was coming on Friday. Sunday night I received the delivery, and 2 bottles. If if happened every now and then, ok. But when this is the norm and scheduled deliveries, and with correct amount delivered, and posted to bill occur-it's a rare thing. I've been a customer for years and years. And the nonsense keeps getting worse and worse. We're done! read more
