In short, Zutra thrives off upset customers leaving Primo-ReadyFresh (PRF). Here's the problem: when you join Zutra, they rent you dispensers from PRF and charge you more than what PRF charged you for. Also, they charge you so much for delivery. Then when you cancel (or consider cancelling), they give you a major attitude over the phone and when they pick up their equipment. It's better to stay with PRF and deal with their deliver inconsistencies. At least, PRF compensates you for their mistakes, charges you less than Zutra, and have courteous customer service. read more

I am so glad I made the switch from Sparkletts (now owned by someone else) to Zutra. Not only is the customer service exceptional but the water is great quality. I've been recommending them on the Neighborhood app since a lot of ppl are having issues with other water companies. They're so fast at any service I request and for me, that's unheard of with past water companies. I pay about the same if not less for the same amount of bottles. I don't see myself ever changing water companies. The only thing I have an issue with is the water dispenser. It's a little bit of a lower quality and I'm hoping I can request a different one. I'm so glad I switched from Primo - the sub par quality water company who bought out Sparklett's and recently subjected a lot of us to hours and hours of poor customer service, phantom deliveries and the switch out from quality water to the salty Arrowhead swamp water that no one asked for. Immediately from Zutra it was the professionalism, fast turn around, exceptional customer care AND the quality of their water. Meanwhile Primo were due to collect the empty bottles that have remained uncollected for a month and their water cooler last Friday - and yet here we are - notifications of items collected when they are clearly not - no response to the messages sent about it. I'm not going to call their customer service number to have this rectified as I've had over 2 hour waits which is unacceptable, but they do need to collect their items before they go out with the trash collection (its on them). So thank you Zutra for being so wonderful - I look forward to being your long-term customer. read more

For years I was held hostage by Sparkletts which has now been purchased by Primo Waters which is owned by Nestle, one of the worst corporations on the planet when it comes to water. Incorrect deliveries, overcharging for water (a human right), and trying to get a live person on the phone (from India) usually averaged 15 minutes with no resolution. We switched to these folks and they are TERRIFIC! Half the price of Primo and that's for alkaline balanced water. You want a great water service? These folks are it. I contacted Zutra on Monday morning at 10am to get some questions answered about their prices. Alkaline water delivered to my door on my schedule for LESS than I had been paying for Sparklett's?? Three hours later my brand new dispenser and four bottles of water were delivered and set up. The representative showed me how to run the cleaning cycle too. Better water that costs less than Sparklett's, with a higher quality (and much quieter) dispenser that also costs less, and lower delivery fees.
