I really want to take the time to thank Hi Quality Tree Services. The apartments that I live in have a tree that is double the height of the apartments...easy. it is the kind of tree that needs to be cut often because the branches are super long and get heavy. During our wind storm, one of the massive branches snapped onto the roof. I rushed home and cut all of the weight I could off of the huge branch and started contacting tree services. My first and almost immediate response was from Hi Quality Tree services! They sent someone out the next day and worked withing my 2 hour window in which I could meet to get an estimate. I ten had to wait for approval to hire them. He said he could do Friday or Saturday. I chose Saturday so kids were not attempting to do classes while chainsaws were going crazy. This morning they arrived just before 8:30am and got to work. The tree was MASSIVE. They estimated the time it would be done was 4 pm. They were done by 2pm! Full clean up and everything! The crew was awesome and apologized each time a tenant had to squeeze by even though they did not have to. Once it was safe to do so, I went about my gardening and watched the 2nd half of the tree be trimmed. They did awesome work! Like AWESOME! If you ever need a tree service, call these guys and they will totally take care of you and provide you with much needed peace of mind while they work!
