When we started negotiating price they agreed to give me a $5k discount so I agreed but I noticed the first "prep" free they charged was $4995, now after the discount it was $6995. I brought this to light (1st red flag), they said oh sorry it's an honest mistake. I believed them so i I left them a deposit and waited for my copies of signed documents, they were missing giving me sheets and the agent said oh sorry I'm riding here they are (2nd flag) and I went in my way to figure out financing to compare with theirs. I spoke to the sales agent every few days for 4 days and told him I was approved and the check would be arriving in time for my scheduled pickup. On pickup date they said the warranty they had offered me was no longer valid because I just use their financing only and I had to pay for it because the dealer was not making as much money as they expected (3flag and the one that got me on alert) . Sorry you're the RV sales business and don't know how to run your business right,you cannot agree to a contract then back out. Nothing on my contract said it was your financing only and if that's the case why did the agent continue talking to me throughout the process about my financing,I said I would not allow this switch and bait and shady business practices so I just wanted my deposit returned or the original contract honored. He said no we will keep the deposit because we will make money from the RV sale or from keeping the deposit. Unprofessional totally, RUN from this business DO NOT give them your hard earned business. I have resources (lawyers, time, and funds) to challenge this dealer so I will, but others shopping for this may not so do yourself a favor go elsewhere.
