Went into the night wash for exterior only and as the guy is directing me onto the tracks he deliberately misdirects my car. My front bumper hits the tracks and snaps off the mounting bracket. I thought I heard something snap but the cashier doesn't tell me anything and let's me go thru the wash with my bumper hanging off my car. Not even the guy at the end that dries the cars warns me. I went to this car wash with my beatle. I stood there and watched them wash my tires WITH NO MARKS ON MY RIMS and then went inside to pay. When I came out as soon as my car pulled out I seen scratch marks on my wheels. The first guy I told stood there and shrugged his shoulders the second guy laughed and said you did that on the curb I asked him how would I have noticed GOUGED marks on my wheel. He told me go find the manager inside he's busy and can't go get him. I find the manager and take him outside and show him. He then proceeds to tell me that I did that myself there's no way it happened in here it's brushless I'm like okay but something still did that. He told me I'm wasting his time and he's not going to check the cameras because it's a waste I then told him again this happened here I did not do this he told me maybe my boyfriend did that. Like first off who says that it's so rude he like okay waste my time let's go see the camera he then repeatedly tells me that he needs to go home this is a waste of him time. I tell Him I have photos that this happened here I didn't have this before. He pulls up the camera and says the angle is bad cause my wheel is turned. I have changed oil there recently and on the very next morning the "Check engine" control lamp showed up on my dashboard. Went to the dealership where mechanics discovered that the oil filter installed was the aftermarket one and the oil pressure was low and after installing new filter and the problem was gone. I was told that this issue could lead to permanent engine damage if not fixed on time. I went to Hi Tech to ask for explanations and to my surprise, the manager had rejected any responsibility, did not offer refund (oil change was $90) or even apology. I have to say that I was an "old " client servicing my car here for years. He was arrogant and offensive. Was charged $15 for removal of cover to change oil without warning. Charged $10 for extra quart of oil on 2017 Escape which I'll have to check if my car even takes 6 quarts. Synthetic oil change came out to be $99.05. Last week on my F150, they forgot to secure the cover and luckily discovered it hanging before I lost it. It was held in with one screw. A week ago I went there since their neighbor was closed for repairs. Same story. I was prepared for this so I put the gear in neutral. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, I have never had a problems here, as a matter of fact I go out of my way to have my truck washed/cleaned here because of the great work that they do... I always get the "VIP" wash, it may take close to an hour but for $40 that is a fraction of what it costs to get a full detailing job and when it's done it's almost as if I brought it to a detailer! You just can't go to any car wash with a 15 year old car that has food and soda stains all over mixed with dog and cat hair and expect it to come out as a 2019 Mercedes Benz!! I have been going to Hi-Tek for several years now and always loved their service. I usually opted for their Hi-Tek III service and once a month I try to do the VIP for a thorough cleaning of the inside. Last week I brought the car in for a VIP wash, since I had just gotten back from camping. I purchased the Mothers Leather Cleaner inside and told the guy to use it instead of his spray bottle. He nodded ok. After about 30 minutes, he calls me over and tells me it's finished. I notice a lot of stains on the leather and point it out to him. He tells me it's too greasy, too dirty, it wouldn't come out. I asked if he had used the leather cleaner I gave him? Of course he didn't, he put it in my trunk and closed it. With him standing there, I pull out the leather cleaner and do a few passes with a dry towel and the stains were coming right out. He then tells me, for him to use the Mothers Leather Cleaner is too much work, I should have paid for VIP Plus. Seriously?? Excuse after excuse. "Too much work"? I sent him on his way and finished the spots myself. Extremely disappointed at the level of service. I truly hope this isn't Hi-Tek's new policy and that I just happened to get the laziest guy there. read more

Great spot to wash your car they raised their pricing apparently but they compete w Oakley from what I understand. I purchased the hitek-1 for $22 (it was necessary my car was just looking really bad) It was ready quickly, about 15 min, and cleaned nicely. Can't complain. I have to literally point out all the dirt in every area of the car. Why do I still go here? I need one more stamp to get a free car wash. Every time I ask them to vacuum the boot, it is left with ash and dust nearly every time. Where the license plate is in the back, never bothered to wipe and that drives me absolutely insane. He quickly topped off engine coolant and also reset my tire pressures since they were installed the day before and resetting was not done yet. He did not even ask for a fee, but I insisted on paying. So I went ahead and still got the car wash. they took forever and when I went back inside my car, it reeked of wet, dirty, towels. The rubber floor mats were soaking wet. Car wash was fine, but when it came to oil change the mechanic refused to get me regular oil change, instead insisting that my can only needs a synthetic oil. I've been using regular oil for this car for the past 10 years and never was told that I couldn't get anything but synthetic. Obviously, the guys are trying to rip you off, and instead of getting you a car wash and oil change for $30ish, make you pay over $60..
