The Onion Rings were crispy and well-fried, the Mac and Cheese was an utterly heavenly goo of Macaroni and Gruyère and other Cheeses - totally heavenly! The Brisket Sandwich and Fries were on point as well - great burger bun with generous portions of 24-hr smoked Brisket and Cheese! Fries were not greasy and utterly tasty. The pulled pork sliders looked good so I went with those; the dish came with two sliders and a side of coleslaw. I really enjoyed this - there was a generous helping of pork in each slider and the sauce had a nice tang to it. I'm normally not a fan of slaw since it is usually cream-based, but this one wasn't so it was quite refreshing and a good contrast to the pork. Service was great, the entire team was friendly. Overall, this was a really good find in Montreal - if you're looking for something low-key with solid food then this would be ideal. He said concession were made for the fact we didn't have any fixed menu or minimum per head while a the time of reservation, none of this was on the website. I see today that it now have different option depending of group with the special menu we received. I was told it was because it's during Christmas season and that's why we changed the date since it's not a Christmas gathering. Anyway, in the end, the person simply ban me and my group from any reservation at 3 brasseurs. Talk about good customer service! That's not how you get back a customer that had a bad experience.
