After multiple great experiences with the company we happened to have a terrible experience…read more The chef who arrived was not the typical hibatchi chef and not who we received confirmation of hosting our party. We did not get the whole experience that usually comes with hibatchi. The food was cooked for us and that is about all. There was no interaction or show happening. We were not asked who had ordered what meals or how meat can be cooked. All food was cooked in a mix of hoisin and soy sauce. There was no additional dipping sauces. We also had a person with an allergy who then did not receive the correct food. We spoke with management and believe they double booked our party and sent the chef who was on our reservation to another party. This was not the experience Hibatchi2U typically provides. We could've just went to a restaurant and had a much better time and experience. Very disappointing and will not use them again.
