Quick, friendly and cheap! Had a nail in my tire and they didn't charge me to get it removed and fixed!

Went here because I had a slow leak on a tire. They said it was on the side of the tire so they couldn't repair it and I would have to replace it plus he said I really needed to replace 2 other tires. Left and went to Discount Tires the next day and they fixed the leak and I asked about the other tires and he said on a scale of 1 to 10 that they were at a 7 and that they usually don't consider replacing until you get down to a 4. So I paid nothing for the fix of the leak and if I would have followed what Hibdon said I would have spent over $300. I won't ever go back there!!! read more

My husband came in to get a quick tire patched during a busy day at work for him. Once he entered the location the employee failed to even acknowledge him. My husband is an extremely nice guy always there to give someone the benefit of the doubt, so he waited patiently for the guy to get to him, keep in mind there is no one in there nor is the employee doing anything other than standing around. The phone starts to ring and the employee answers it. My husband still just standing there waiting his turn. Phone call is completed and still he has not been acknowledged. A few more minutes go by in the employee answers another phone call. And again employee never acknowledged him and my husband had to leave and take his business somewhere else. We both have a long history in not only the customer service industry and also business and manual labor. We have managed multiple different crews and heard every excuse in the book, but in this case there is NO room for that. It's very disappointing that this business has failed to hire an employee to do a simple task as much is acknowledging someone, at the least. I highly recommend replacing this employee From a business standpoint. Also from previous reviews it seems like this location has lost a ton of customers and revenue due to employees failure to perform. read more

I have gone to Hibdon religiously for oil changes, tire rotations, and all other car repairs. Normally, there is a long wait, but I don't mind. When I went in today for my regular oil change and tire rotation, I was told that my tires couldn't be rotated due to how bad they were. I bought all new tires from hibdon less than a year ago. They provided no help and told me that I needed them replaced right then and there otherwise it could be dangerous. After a few more opinions from Robertson and even the Mazda dealership, both places said the tires would last at least another year. It also turns out that my tires have NEVER been rotated even though I had been told they were getting rotated with each oil change. This was frustrating and I sadly felt taken advantage of. I will never go back. I've noticed that the only people who tend to have a good experience here are men. read more

I have come to this Hibdon twice now and both times they have failed me. Normally I go to the store on Aspen ave for my maint/repair work. The Hillside was the store both times that had a slot open for an oil change so I scheduled there. Both times was for a simple oil change. The both times they failed to make a clean oil change happen. The first time oil was all over my skid plate from the drain plug location. After I drove home and it sat for a bit I noticed oil on my new homes driveway. After getting under the truck I noticed oil all Over the under part of my truck including the rear axel. After noticing this and seeing as my truck has never had a oil leak it's obvious what happened. The store was contacted and they said action was put in place to stop this from happening and they gave me a free oil change. The free oil change was done at the Aspen store. Fast forward a year and half later and being very reluctant, I had to go to the Hillside store again due to appointments. Again this time but with a different, new truck they failed got oil all over my under side and it leaked on my driveway. I understand oil is going get on things when changing it, but listen you have a rag so wipe it up. This time I called corpartate, and they ended up haveing that stores new manager call me. The gentleman was nice and said he just took over the store and is again haveing a team huddle and is going to make sure this does not happen again. They offered to make it right, This time though I didn't want to talk to local manager I wanted to talk to someone higher up. Ralph (claiming to be area operation manager) called and tried to reassure me they are putting things in place to make this not happen again to someone. He offered to have my driveway cleaned and said the store manager would be in contact with me to schedule. A month later no and calls to Ralph nothing has happened. Unfortunately this is making me debate not returning to the Aspen store now due to the responses from others. Again my normal maint and tire replacements work for both my vehicles have been done on Aspen with no issues. read more

I've been in several times and they do good work but every time they take about 1 hour longer than stated. It's not a deal breaker but it is annoying when you have deadlines. Do your research on the tires you want to get first and then go in. They will try and sell you on house brands that may not be the best. read more

I got new tires, an alignment check and brake maintenance. I was offered two grades of brake pads, both with lifetime warranty. After considering that both offerings were lifetime warranteed and that my bill was nearing $1000 I opted for the lower priced pads. The pads turned out to be squealers when moving in reverse and applying the brakes. I consulted with Hibdon and was told that the cheaper brake pads sometimes do that. It is 4 months later and the squealing persists. I fear that the inferior brake pads installed by Hibdon may be ruining my rotors. Caveat emptor! read more
