The hot dogs themselves are on the smaller side, and the pricing is reasonable. The all beef dog tasted different than I remembered. Not the rich, beefy taste I recall from childhood, but still well prepared and satisfying. It honestly reminded me more of a quality store bought beef hot dog than the nostalgic powerhouse I remembered. The real standout is the chili, flavorful, and easily better than any other place I have tried. It has that perfect balance of spice and savoriness that elevates the whole dog. The toppings and "everything" combo work well, adding texture and flavor to the chili. While it wasn't quite as indulgently tasty as I remembered, the combination of fast, friendly service, solid pricing, and a tasty chili makes Taylor Hot Dogs worth visiting for a true Watsonville classic experience.

Tortillas was fresh as well so loved it. Only disappointment was beans was a to dry for me and rice was over cook soggy. But carnitas is the star here.
