Incredible people who custom make chaps, horse tack and more. They have an eye for quality and have helped me to fix up some of my old saddles and other tack. Did not receive a leather canteen well after the advertised shipping timeframe. So, contacted them and they replied they were awaiting a back order of bladders. It was the worst customer service I've ever had. Guy accused us of trying to steal "his" design and we were there to buy leather, tools and accessories. So apparently he has a lot of designs for beaded dog collars although there isn't any in the store. It was like I was putting them out to ask if they had leather they would sale. So we are looking elsewhere and really like M & M you are so bootiful Nd shoe repair. Great service and easy to work with. read more

I do remember Dave coming into the store. He was very rude and a know it all. We tried to help him and he was very pushy and said absolutely nothing about purchasing leather or tools. He wanted patterns and information on how to make them. We do not "give" our patterns to anyone as they are huge part of the business development. We are more than happy to help people make leather projects and encourage it. But when you come into the store and start taking pictures, because you are not smart enough to come up with your own ideas yourself we do confront it.
