I talked to Kelly who pulled the yarn in question with others that coordinate well. She also had a picture of the yarns texted to me so I could see for myself. I filled out a piece of paper and was told this paper would allow them to contact me to do that. They took 20 items for $10. I wanted to get my items back and take them elsewhere. When I got there and told them I'd like them back, they told me they were already on the floor and it was not possible to get them back. They said I should have signed up for a call ahead. Which I was under the impression I did given the paperwork I filled out. So, I lost 20 items for $10 and they had no remorse or apology for the miscommunication. I have no interest in doing anymore business with them. Please beware of taking things there to sell. You are not their priority. They will take your things, give you chump change for them and send you on your way.
