It started with trying to find the part. The parts guy was incompetent. Which is somewhat understandable but such a vast inventory. I had to call back multiple times. They never seem to return my call. I finally talked to this material Specialist and get the part ordered then No nothing silent forweek and a half. I had to call to realize that something happened to the part didn't get ordered. Now waiting to see what happens with this order. I'm a full timer in Florida AC is out of commission and summer. Such a grate facility, with a lacking of customer service. After dealing with them, I feel irritable and discontent. The expansion rate of this company is unbelievable. It feels like they need to concentrate on customer service rather than buying out other companies.. after this interaction they will be my last resort. I hope that they can fix these issues because they sure have the capability to be great .

Called on Monday morning - spoke to Craig in sales - no sugarcoat, just a description of unit and what it needed to be perfect, which I had gleaned from photos and mainly involved detailing paint due previous owner did not know what wax was - made appointment to see on Weds as coming from out of state - had a 1 way rental car and was fully prepared to make it 2 way if unit or dealer did not match expectations. Arrived as planned, Craig was there and we viewed unit - just as described regarding cosmetic issues and it was completing pre delivery prep with service where they were going through everything per Operations Manager Mike, who ably answered a slew of technical questions. As part of their process the unit had a complete checkout of every system with subsequent repair of findings that included roof seals redone, an oil change, etc. which saved me from doing later along with a new propane tank precautionary. Went to talk with Mike the finance guy and completed transaction to purchase - he explained warranty contract options in a low key manner along with other things along a "keeping the customer informed" vs a pressure sales tactic which was appreciated. Worked with Travis over the phone in a Michigan office to set up insurance which beat my USAA add on to existing policy, utilizing not only that discount, but a bulk dealer rate - easy and again low key approach. Spent a good amount of time with Brandon who went over every system on the coach, ensuring I was comfortable and understood functionality. Finished all that up with transaction completed, unit sitting outside when Brent came up and asked if it was OK to delay my departure 45 minutes as they wanted to change the roof air conditioning unit as it did not seem to be cooling 100 percent - keep in mind that we had been in/out of the coach a dozen times with outside temp in the 90's and the transaction was completed - service tech subsequently installed a brand new roof unit. Yes this is a long review which didn't even cover everything, but my experience as a customer was outstanding. Every General RV Center employee I encountered from the front desk staff all the way through to management were personable and proficient. The company clearly exceeded my expectations purchasing a pre owned unit, doing things they didn't have to, which reflected integrity throughout. My 400 mile drive back home was serene, with the value of my purchase crystal clear due to the transparent pricing and their prep work - a 6 year old motor coach with 7800 miles (not even broken in) at the lowest price in the country for that particular model. So if you are looking at General RV reviews, of which there are some negative doozies, please know that this former FedEx Aircraft Maintenance Managing Director, found the Fort Pierce FL location to be extremely well run and would definitely look to do business with in the future!

As soon as we got the camper back a leak was found, presumably related to the roof repair. Brought camper back and they said it was a leak on the back window and they fixed it. Again, right after leak was still there. Diagnosed it ourselves and found seal on back window was where leak was coming from (sent them a video of where the leak was coming from and where the water was going). Brought camper back again and was told they replaced the window seal and it was fixed. Once again, the leak was still there. Finally, i got the time to tear it apart myself. It was clear they did not remove the window nor did they replace the seal. I could tell this based on the condition of the "new seal" as well as the lack of any marks on the hardware around the window. We paid several hundred dollars for work that was never done. If I felt I could prove it before a judge I would have sued them, but it wasn't worth my time.

I have been a customer of Mr Miller since he had the egg store I have never had any problems in all…read morethese years but a couple of weeks ago my fairly new mersadis started shaking so I took it to the oleander location they diagnosed it with bad moter mounts I told Anal that It didn't act like moter mounts he told me it was I told him to please check the car again and make sure he said no it's the mounts and assured me this would fix it then he over charged me and the next day the car left my wife stranded and she's a nurse so I took it back and then he wanted 800 dollars more for spark plugs and I told him that I have known the millers all my life and that was bad business practice and he said if you know the millers then you know how they do business so now he's lost my 4 vehicles and we have 4 children and they have cars to. Don't trust Anal with your car.
