My partner and I were on vacation, but still wanted to get a good climbing session in and found HiClimb! Street parking only, so we parked a few blocks and walked in. We came in on a Monday just after opening and paid for a couple of day passes. Luckily for us, it wasn't too busy that early in the morning, so we had a good chance to go through all the different walls. They use a grading scale for their climbs and we enjoyed the routes they had. I was super impressed with their cave having lights underneath to illuminate the holds above - so smart and feels so cool! They also offer rope climbing here, but since my partner and I didn't pack our harnesses with us, we decided not to go through a belay test to check it out. By noon, the entire gym was bustling! Lots of climbers (and climbing spectators) had come in for their workout. Since this is a smaller gym, it was a bit busy, but not too hard to get on the wall with some patience. Right next door is a coffee shop that also sells protein acai bowls, so that was a fun little treat to end our morning workout! Definitely wouldn't mind coming back here the next time we're on the island. read more

Aloha. This week I attended an engaging top-rope certification course with Annik (I think that is their name). Annik was super knowledgeable, encouraging, and personable to me and the other students. They taught us the fundamentals of belaying and being belayed, and gave us ample time to practice actions, knots, grips, and verbal communication. They ensured we climbed several routes and safely supported us by being a back-up belayer as we learned the ropes (ba-dum-tss). Great fun, great top-rope certification class! Kudos to Annik for being an energetic instructor and what I feel is a model HiClimb employee. Very proactive in anticipating the common understanding gaps of climbers newer to top-rope (and bouldering in general). Just from taking this short evening class, I can tell they are a joy to be around and work with! ~~~~~ A more singular experience at HiClimb during a subsequent night, which unfortunately soured my perception of the gym, was during a top-rope certification test. A different front desk person was the test administrator who assisted me. Completely different, as in a full 180 from the personality and vibes I got from my initial top-rope instructor, the yoga instructors, and other front desk staff, who have all been pleasant, welcoming, and warm while greeting and interacting with me and my friends. This staff member did not introduce herself; I didn't get her name and didn't feel the need to ask afterward. I just remember she wore a red tank top and glasses on Tuesday night, 10/21/25, while working the front desk. I eventually got the sense she wasn't in the best mood that evening, and I definitely felt subjected to it as she directed that mood outward. I did not pass the exam, nor was I offered a conditional practice card for the night. If I had been, I might have continued practicing to get the motions, communication, and safety conditions down, but by that point, the attitude given and experience itself were fairly demotivating. Not as an excuse, but I did have a minor medical procedure that morning (just a routine blood draw), so I was catching up on hydration and gauging my capability to boulder afterward. My arm was still a bit tender. English is also my second of three languages, so deciphering speech in loud environments can be challenging. Which is why I asked her to repeat some instructions when using top-rope terminology that's still newer to me. I completely understand I did not pass because of my own shortcomings in memorizing all the steps and having the practiced confidence for each answer. I don't take offense or hold any grudge, since in my line of work (research and medicine), I frequently communicate with colleagues, receive feedback, and provide guidance to others. I know it's for the greater good that standards of quality and performance are consistently met to reduce injury, accidents, and liability. However, I had the confidence to attempt it since I was encouraged to take the exam while the instruction was still fresh. I'm simply learning new skills while having fun making memories with friends! My friend invited me to start a free month trial at HiClimb, and this one experience with an employee stands out, but not in a particularly positive way. Plainly put, I did not want to continue interacting or learning from this individual, ask her additional questions, or be in a vulnerable belaying position with someone who brought that attitude to the workplace--or perhaps couldn't separate personal matters from a professional role. I don't know anything about her situation, her perception of me, or what it might have been about my presentation that warranted this energy directed toward me. When she corrected my knot placement and mentioned a technique using terminology I wasn't familiar with--so I asked for clarification--her responses were curt and sharp, so totally lacking the patient consideration or warmth in teaching that I consistently felt from other HiClimb workers. She gave me borderline glares throughout the time she watched my knotting and corrected my mistakes, which I felt was unwarranted. Perhaps it was partly her intense concentration? I understand that top-rope safety practices are critical, but the gravity of our situation didn't match her energy overall. I know this since I had just taken a great class with Annik the previous night, complete with a fellow beginner partner to gain practical climbing experience, all while being observed, evaluated, guided, redirected, and corrected by an instructor. Keiki Lessons Rock at HiClimb Hawai'i! My daughter, now 7, has been attending the Keiki classes at HiClimb for about three months and absolutely loves it! She looks forward to every session and has made amazing progress in her climbing skills. The price is very reasonable--especially when you purchase a bundle of lessons--and includes 1.5 hours of full training with all the gear provided. What we love most is the flexibility: there's no obligation to commit to weeks in advance. You can use your lesson tokens as you go, just call ahead the week of (or even the same day!) to reserve a spot that works for your schedule. The instructors are phenomenal. Every single one we've met has been enthusiastic, patient, and fully engaged with the kids. The staff vibe is consistently top-notch--these folks genuinely love what they do, and it shows. They're always excited to be there and ready to keep the kids challenged, entertained, and learning. Safety is clearly a top priority. The thick padded flooring gives peace of mind, and they use both auto-belays and traditional belay systems, where the instructor manages the rope. It's reassuring to see how closely they watch and guide each climber. Sometimes my daughter is the only student, which means one-on-one instruction. Other times, when there are more kids, they play super fun group games that combine climbing with teamwork, challenges, and lots of laughs--all while building valuable skills. Parking can be a little tight, so I recommend arriving early. If you're on the fence, swing by about 10 minutes before a class to check it out in person. I finally checked out HIclimb when I had some friends from outta town visiting. Let me tell you, when it's busy, it is BUSY. Slightly overwhelming when we first got here and literally there was a person at like every section of wall. Could smell the heat. I don't know if it is usually like it but definitely made trying somewhere new hesitant, especially when no one at the front said anything for 5 minutes or more. The belay was what I was looking forward to most, and since my friends were able to get certified, it was great! It's disappointing though on my own there isn't a way to have someone belay and vice versa. The facilities were nice, the shoe storage though was overflowing and the restroom wasn't worth the wait. Rentals are kinda pricey, but I get it, times are rough. Punch cards look like the best deal if you want to go again and don't know when. It offers more than the other two climbing gyms, with additional types of climbing to bouldering. read more

TLDR: Small gym (compared to some mainland facilities) with a welcoming community vibe. I enjoyed bouldering and lifting a few times at this climbing gym. I appreciate that the facility includes both top roping and bouldering in the relatively small space, and the auto belays are set up for user independence. I also liked that the range grading system is used here because I feel it encourages climbers to explore wider ranges of grades. The setting itself was nice, and many of the problems were fun. Note that the lifting area is small and mostly geared toward functional fitness. 4.5 stars I was invited to HiClimb by a friend who is a member. He told me that I should visit the website to electronically sign the disclosure/waiver form prior to going my first time. I didn't get to do it till we parked in a nearby parking garage as I was a little busy. It was quick and easy to do on my phone so anyone can do it. You can also do it there. HiClimb is right across Workplay. When we entered, they checked their system to confirm I signed my disclosure/waiver form. After that, they told me as a first time guest, rental shoes and the harness strap were complimentary for this first visit. After I put on my gear and put away my personal belongings in the cubbyholes, I was asked to join a small group of first timers for a quick tour of the facility and given a crash course on what to do. Safety was covered and if you don't know how to put on the harness strap, they walk you through putting it on correctly. I was excited and not gonna lie, I was stoked to be asked to be a Guinea pig to demonstrate what to do. He did give thorough instructions so we knew how to do the climb safely. Watching people do it on TV is nothing like doing it in real life. It's definitely more challenging than they make it seem. We were all dismissed to enjoy the place shortly after. I found my friend and he gave me some pointers before starting. He's been doing it awhile and I'm grateful he took time to give me tips so I could enjoy my first time more while making less rookie mistakes. Don't get me wrong, I made a lot of mistakes as I left with battle scars. I probably would be in worse shape if not for the pointers in the beginning. We did all sorts of climbs and each presented a different challenge. Some you can finish the first try while others took more than one attempt to finish. I did the safety line climb once and we did the free climbs the rest of the visit. So what can I say about the indoor rock climbing experience? It was super fun! The challenge of each individual climb was great because you're tested physically and mentally. Everyone there was nice and other climbers are so supportive. People cheer you on and clap or fist bump you after a tough climb. Very good culture and there is no judgement. The only downside is the parking. The paid parking next door was $7.50 when we left so that wasn't great but if you're lucky then street parking is free if you go in the evening or at night. I started climbing on the mainland and was really excited to see that a new climbing gym opened on Oahu! I knew that I had to check it out when I came home for the holidays. Overall, this is a little smaller than the places I go to on the mainland, but it has everything you could want - bouldering, lead, top rope, and auto belays. As for amenities, there is a single-toilet all-gender bathroom, water refilling station, lockers (bring your own lock) and cubbies for your belongings, fitness area, yoga studio, and co-working station. There is also a cafe just outside. The three walls of the gym are covered in bouldering problems while the island in the middle has lead, top rope, and auto belays. When you tour the gym, the employees will show you how to use the auto belays if you don't have experience with them. Some older reviews seem to say that the bouldering section is not as densely set as mainland gyms, but I disagree with this assessment. I felt that the bouldering was, for the most part, just as densely set as the mainland gyms I've been to. The other reviews may have just been a bit outdated by now, and the gym may have changed to this style more recently. The auto belays have two routes per auto belay. When I came, there were multiple routes of varying difficulties (5.6-5.11) available on auto belays. Each auto belay seemed to have at least one "easier" route (5.6-5.9) and one "harder route" (5.10- to 5.11) set for it, which made it fun for climbers of all levels. For top roping and lead, if you know how to do it, you can test and get the gym's certification for free. If you do not know how to do it, you can sign up for their paid classes (members get a slight discount on them) and get certified through them. The fitness area has one treadmill, a few benches and lots of dumbbells, jump rope, a pulley machine (the kind that can be used for tricep pushdowns and other workouts), hang boards, and a little more, but this section is definitely small. The gym does get a little hot. It's open air with no AC, but it has a few large fans set up that you can sit or stand in front of to cool down if needed. Overall, I'm very happy with this gym! It has everything that I was looking for in a climbing gym, and I'm so happy to see more indoor climbing options on Oahu. read more

This was my second time climbing, but my first time in Hawaii and I had such a great experience. The gym felt welcoming right away, and the staff made everything easy to understand for a beginner. A special shoutout to Juju, who was incredibly patient, encouraging, and took the time to explain the basics so I felt safe and confident. The hub and I had a two hour learn the ropes lesson with Eli and Elijah. It was our first experience with this and we really enjoyed learning something new at our age. Elijah was a new instructor getting monitored by Eli. Both were so friendly and patient and competent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Seems like this kind of space is pretty unique here so I hope they continue to be popular. Seems pretty popular with young people. Loved my first visit to HiClimb. Several friends of mine have year passes and were so kind enough to invite me for a first visit trial. We were greeted by super friendly staff who gave us a tour. They have top notch equipment and good climbing shoes along with liquid chalk. There are a lot of different routes and options such as bouldering, top rope, or leads. For newbies, they allow bouldering and usage of the autobelays. They can also teach you or sign you off on belaying if you're already trained. Highly recommend this activity for friends or families. Saw a few little kids making some great sends. This is a great and safe activity for all! The location is convenient, parking can get a little tough, but this spot allows for many options for dining or drinks after a great afternoon climbing session! HIGHLY recommend! read more

My new favorite place!! HiClimb is a fantastic bouldering gym with some top rope routes, auto belays, and a gorgeous lead wall. All of this means that while climbing makes an awesome date night, you can go solo and meet new friends. To top that off, they've just put in a weights section with barbells, kettle bells, a rack, some hang boards... Basically anything you need to be a strong climber or just have a great bod. A membership will run you about $104 per month after taxes. It gives you unlimited climbing, a buddy pass each month, access to all of the gym equipment, and, eventually, yoga. Routes are fun! There is a good variety of balancy, crimpy, and clever problems. The walls are a gorgeous textured wood. Aesthetically beautiful, but functional all the same. Each wall has a different pitch or feature to keep things interesting and work varied skills. The staff working at HiClimb are fantastic! They're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly love their jobs. If you're not a climber but want to try, this place is totally for you. It's also great for kids. I really want to like this gym but I only boulder and I would say there are generally 0-2 fun routes in the gym at any given time. Almost all of them are gimmicky ("climb this giant wooden cube", "we made a drawing of a tree out of crimps", "only monos", etc.) or awkward ("no footholds", "dangle and scrape your body against the wall", "shimmy in a corner", etc.). The result is that it's hard to warm up, I barely work on any climbing technique, and I never get any kind of forearm pump. On top of that, they set slower than other gyms, maybe 30 routes in a month. The Kilter Board is a nice addition. read more

I'm brand new to climbing so I really didn't have much in the way of expectations, but honestly, this place is good enough for me. They have friendly staff, a good selection of boulders, auto belay, and top ropes, and they change out problems regularly to compensate for the smaller gym size which really helps. There's also a small weight room, yoga space, an attached coffee shop, and a coworking space. Honestly, it's an entire lifestyle space which is awesome. Pricing is totally fair. I came in midway through the month, so when I went to sign up for a membership, they returned my initial first time day pass charge ($26, as I signed up for membership the same day as my first day at this gym, I liked it that much), AND they prorated my first monthly payment as I came in halfway through the month. I first came to this gym for an event and can't wait to go back! Not only were they very friendly and welcoming, but when we checked in, we got a little tour of the location and where everything is. It's not large compared to some gyms I've been to in DC, but there is quite a lot packed into a small area. Lots of bouldering (not my favorite, but I know it's popular), and my favorite was that there was some auto belay climbs that were not too difficult. I don't have the finger strength built up like some of my friends, so the nice easy climbs were what I was looking for and they had some on auto belay so I didn't even have to wait! There was quite a line for some of the other ones that needed a belayer, but I was happy with the auto ones. I felt very safe and the holds were nice and secure. The pads were in good shape and there were 2 bathrooms if needed as well. The day we went there was a drag event and they had beer and milk tea for the guests. A very inclusive space. Hey! I've been a member at HiClimb for over a year now. I've had all good experiences in the past- today, though, it was a lot different than usual. I walked in and politely asked a non-busy staff member about parking, to which I received a curt and unfriendly response. It seemed as if he was irritated by me asking and I was wondering if I had done something to warrant this type of energy. So I just went and reparked my car, came back in. This month, HiClimb is doing a promo where you can bring 2 new people in a day as a member. A group of 4 of my friends came in, all new, and I had them sign the waivers and had a nice staff member check us in. I told my friends to wait for the tour and I went climbing. I met up with them around 20 minutes later, when they asked me if they were supposed to have been given a tour. They weren't given harnesses or chalk. I responded, "you guys were just waiting?" And they said yes. So I told them to go back to the front and ask for some. I was climbing on my own and a female staff member came over to me with the harnesses and very passive-aggressively said that they were supposed to receive a tour before they went out. I apologized and she begrudgingly gave them a tutorial. But like. Girl. My friends were in an obviously new group, I saw them waiting, and yes, while they shouldn't have wandered off, they're also NEW and don't know what's going on!! And why come and scold me? I wasn't even with them. She scared them and they didn't want to try some things. Don't know why she was so mean to them on their first time here. I was really disappointed and embarrassed by her behavior. Makes me not want to bring anyone new in. Especially during the promo. Otherwise facility was nice as usual. A star for the facility, the one staff member who was actually nice, and minus three stars for the crabby staff members who I hope i never run into again. Lol. And don't get me wrong- I work in the service industry- I don't expect mega friendly interactions from regular people. I do, however, expect basic human decency. Thank u to the one nice guy at the front. You're the only one who was kind to my friends and I today. I usually come at night- maybe this is a day staff sort of problem. Don't know why y'all were so passive aggressive to me and other members of the gym(I asked around after these weird interactions) , but I hope y'all feel better. Something's obviously going wrong if almost all of the staff were angry this shift. I'll come at night from now on so I get to see all the chill homies. My sister has become a real problem this past year. She goes walking 3 miles with a friend, goes surfing with our cousin, and now rock climbing. Who does she think she is, doing all these fit and athletic things while I sit at home wondering what my next keto meal will be. Well not anymore! I was going to show her up in this indoor rock climbing gym! We went on a Saturday morning at 9am. The gym opens at 8 but my body isn't very coordinated at 8am. The place is located right off Ward Ave across from the bar WorkPlay. If you know the area then you know the streets are kinda weird and there's no place to park but luckily there is a public parking right next door. $3/hour. Ok, so once you get there you need to fill out a waiver because climbing all the way to the ceiling and then just jumping off hoping the rope will catch you sounds really safe. If it is your first time there is a discounted rate of $25 for the whole day. After that you can purchase a membership or a 6-day punch card pass. Money stuff done, now on to the gear. Your first time comes with rental gear included. Shoes and a harness. Someone on staff will show you how to put everything on. They also have cubbies and lockers for you to store your stuff. Next is the tour where they explain everything to you so you don't break anything or die. Ok, now you know the ropes (little climbing pun), time to man up. So brilliant me, volunteered to show how to hook up to the auto-belay rope and then to my surprise I was told now I have to climb first. WHAT!?! I mean, I know I said I would kick my sister's butt, BUT I didn't stretch or drink any water yet. I didn't do my visualizations...ugh. Anyhow, the staff/instructor person told me I only had to go up like 5 steps. No big deal. Did it, not the easiest thing but I'm sure I liked like a pro. The problem was then she told me to let go. No no no. I know it was only 5 steps but that was a very high looking 5 steps. And I'm supposed to just trust that the rope would catch me? Didn't I sign the waiver making it seem like I might get hurt? Long story short. I'm alive and writing this review. I'll probably get one of those 6-day punch card passes. Regardless, I started climbing at ye olde Volcanic Rock Gym in Kailua, so I am very grateful for HiClimb's size! Their bouldering routes use a unique range system by color (e.g. yellow = V0-V2, blue = V1-V3, etc.), as opposed to individual identification by tag. The heat (no air conditioning) and the many children can be overwhelming. **Tip: I prefer to climb late on weekdays to avoid both.** If you seek refuge from the heat, both the yoga room and coworking space have air conditioning. I LOVE the coworking space, adjacent to Cafe Villamor. Enough gym buzz to entertain my subconscious, chilly temps for optimal work, and speedy WiFi. Parking: metered street parking on Cooke street and around Mother Waldron playground is usually **free and unlimited after 5:30pm** Monday through Saturday. Free on Sunday and holidays. The neighboring parking garage costs a pretty penny ($3 per hour) - would not recommend. Yes, the climbing gym is down a dark alleyway. You'll be fine! [ Note: They just opened in July 2021 -- during a pandemic! -- and are admittedly on the pricier side. Keep in mind it's the only climbing gym in Honolulu, which has competitive real estate. I think it's important to support organizations that are headed in the right direction! I wanted to visit this gym while traveling to Oahu. What a great gym! Kind of an odd spot in an alley, but a great gym! The sets are pretty on point with their ratings, wish i had more time (and strength) to try more routes. The day pass is a bit steep but it's in line with Hawaii. I accidently bought a womens shirt, was able to come back later that day and swap for a mens, thanks guys! If i lived in the area, I would definitely get a membership here, great routes, great vibes, super friendly and fun. read more

I'm leaving a review in hopes that HiClimb can do better and cater to locals in a less cost prohibitive way. The climbing gym is small, but the staff is super friendly. They're always accommodating and super helpful. The other upside is the wifi. I love coming here to work and then heading straight to my workout and doing some climbs. There are some serious shortcomings though. I think there can be more offered for its price point, and the pricing isn't exactly friendly for locals. Actually, the vibe that I get is that it's predominantly transplants. I get that climbing gyms are normally expensive, but given that there is no accommodation for parking (not even validation for the parking garage), limited space, 70% of the gym is reserved for bouldering, you're better off coming to this gym once in a while instead of on a weekly basis. I'm only a member at this gym since I've already been climbing for so many years, but if there were a better alternative climbing gyms on the island I'd definitely switch memberships. I first visited on a friend's buddy pass. I knew that I would be back. An online waiver is required. My first visit was memorable. I spent about a month contemplating whether I wanted to spend $110 monthly for a gym membership (about 10. less if you switch to your checking account after you sign up). I also contemplated whether I'd be able to rationalize paying a 90. "Initiation fee". IMO, that fee is too steep. I was put off while trying to give them my business. They offer several auto-belay, top rope climbs, many lead climbing, and partner belay routes and so many bouldering problems in a wide variety of levels. The weight area includes a couple of cardio machines (not all are operational), campus boards, kettle bells, a weight machine, AB rollers, a mirror, mats, balance balls, and more. They offer 2 unisex bathrooms that provide feminine hygiene products at no cost. The restrooms are well kept. Thankfully, I've only ever waited up to 3min. They sell a wide variety of quality climbing shoes, good looking T shirts and tank tops, harnesses, stickers, cute chalk bags, chalk, refreshments, snack/meal bars, protein shakes, hydration packets, and more. Whoever is purchasing for Hiclimb has great taste, and a good eye! There is plenty of room to stretch throughout the gym. They have numerous cubbies and lockers (bring your own lock) to store your belongings for use at no charge. HiClimb also offers free Wi-Fi. They offer numerous yoga classes, a bouldering class, and HIIT classes. I have yet to attend one, so I can not comment on the quality. If you would like to use the lead climbing routes or top rope belay, you must pass the 'no cost' certification test(s). The tests are detailed, and they are strict. Unless you plan on paying for the courses they offer, it seems to be the concensus that you can look forward to failing (the lead certification) at least once. It is difficult to know what they ask for during the tests. I recommend that you get to know someone who has been certified and ask them to guide you. Especially if you already know how to lead climb and belay outdoors. I cannot see paying two hundred dollars for a course just to find out what they ask in the gym. Lead climbing certification course: - flaking the rope, know that the 2 purposes - Demonstrate back clipping and the proper clipping methods. Explain the reasons back clipping is dangerous. - Demonstrate Z clipping, and explain the danger, and how to correct it. Know how to correct it if you see a climber you are belaying Z clip. - Know how to tie any stopper knot - Be familiar with what to do about excess rope after you tie in - know a figure 8 knot. - know how to use an ATC or Grigri properly as a belayer - Know the distance to stand from the wall while belaying, then the position to be after your climber passes the 4th bolt. Know the purpose for being in those positions. - You will be required to fall 2 times. - Be familiar with "backstepping", when to use it and proper rope position One thing I have trouble with is the parking situation. During the day on weekdays the street (metered) parking has a 1 or 2 hour limit, and costs three dollars an hour, which is the same price as in the parking structure. They may offer a discounted rate on weekends, but I know that it's not cheap. Parking on the street is hit-or-miss and sometimes takes a while to find. You may have to walk a block or 2. I would like to see validation or a discount provided to members for parking in the structure, considering the rate which we pay for membership. As a member I am allowed to bring one unique person every day of the month and 1 person who has previously visited, once a month; "buddy pass". I have brought 2 visitors so far in the 2 and a 1/2 weeks I have been a member. One is going to sign up and I plan on bringing more in the future. I would like to see some kind of benefit to those who bring new members in. Even a small discount on a months membership, a T-Shirt, heck even a protein bar or drink. When I am excited about something I have no problem sharing and persuading others to partake. In order to encourage anyone to keep sharing, it seems reasonable that they receive something expressing gratitude for their efforts. I get the general idea that their membership is increasing steadily so they do not feel it's necessary to provide anything compensatory. Truth be told, I'm not bringing people there because I need climbing partners, or want company. I'll almost always have someone I'm familiar with when I visit. Furthermore, I frequently tend to enjoy climbing alone. Overall this place is never too the fans are great, and it has almost never been too crowded for me. If it is crowded after work on weekdays it's only for a few hours. The staff is excellent. Notable members are Aaron (he is so awesome!), Tanner, Ellie, Kat, Krista, Anthony. It was only my second day of indoor climbing ever in my life so being a rookie can be nerve-wracking. However, HiClimb and their staff (shout out to Anthony) made the experience welcoming. For kama'āina, there is a $25 first time special that comes with shoe rental and the gear for the clip-in belay (SO GOOD!). The space isn't as large as the other one I've been to in California, but it was still a fun time! Anthony gave us a walk through and even had us practice some safety features which I appreciated. His enthusiasm for climbing was evident so it made the experience even better. I personally liked how HiClimb had three clip-in top rope options, so those were definitely fun to try, though my arms got all tired at the end, HAHA! All in all, it was a lovely family day out! Some of my running group friends work out here so we decided to make it a full group outing. My initial impression is that wow this place is huge, organized and clean. I was a little concerned that it would be hot but they have these huge fans blowing which made it cool (maybe the daytime would be hot). I've done indoor rock climbing once like 20 years ago so i guess it was like riding a bike, you never forget how. I really enjoyed this, its challenging and it is a great work out.
