I've been coming here for months to get my eyebrows threaded and I've never had any major problems with this place. I mean they will stay on the phone the whole time while doing your eyebrows, which is a little rude but that didn't bother me to much. The owner doesn't know how to thread eyebrows at ALL and always leaves a lot of hairs when asked to thread my upper lips. I was only coming here for a young lady named "Abida" I would always leave a good tip because nobody had ever done my eyebrows that well until one day I went and she completely messed up my thick brows which I always kept natural instead of giving it an arch. She threaded one side too thin on the top and took too many hairs in the middle and since then I have not been back to any eyebrow salon because I am desperately trying to grow back my eyebrows to its thick shape again and it's not working out well for me at all I literally have to hide my eyebrows with a bandana. Please give your business to people that don't try to blame you for their incompetence. read more

i bought a facial from groupon with this place. it is absolutely horrible. The place is small, dirty and unbelievably untidy, all the towels they use look dirty and sketchy. The woman who performed the facial is extremely rude and violent. She got particles inside my eyes when she is applying the scrub, as she basically pours water on me and washed the particles into my eyes. I am having a lot of trouble with my eyes after this. it hurts and i constantly feel some particles are still stuck inside my eyes, it bothers me so much. I might have to see a doctor tomorrow. This place is a hole in the wall and the employees are very rude. They do not understand American laws. I was blatantly discriminated against by these people and refused service. It is illegal to refuse service to anyone based on their gender, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. I do not recommend supporting this business. I completely love what she did with my hair and eyebrows. This was my second time going for eyebrows and my first for hair. I just can't stop looking at the way my hair came out it's so beautiful. I got a bikini wax from here once and I would never go back again or recommend it to anyone. The waxing took forever and it was extremely hot in the back room (that was filthy) so I was seriously sweating. Afterwards they told me I would need to go home and still shave to finish it up. Needless to say I was really annoyed and disappointed. And on top of all that where they had waxed left my skin discolored and darker along my bikini line which was horrible since I was going on a cruise the next day. The discoloration lasted months too.
